Horrible customer service. They called every day in the middle of the corona virus asking for payments. I offered to pay in full and after 5 days of trying to get my balance and payoff letter finally got ahold of the CEO who provided it. I submit it the payment in full and was told within minutes I would have the letter and the lien removed. Once the funds were confirmed received they tried to make me pay an additional $5,000 fee in order to get the release. I had a big closing pending on this release to stay in business. 48 hours after paying in full I have still not received the letter a single response to my e-mails and phone calls and my deal fell through putting my business at risk.
