I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
yes 4 season did come on these dates, but the job was not done well and there was still snow and ice on the lot and I had to close my doors on Manday the 25th until the snow and ice melted. When I called Mr. Rakestraw and complained and I encouraged him to come out to see the lots himself. Mr. Rakestraw did and he told me that he understands why I am complaining, and he said that they did all they could do. I would like to add that with our next large snow storm I got another company to plow both lots and they did a much better job for $100.00 that's for doing both lots and salting the lots. So I still cannot see myself paying over $1,000.00 for a snow plow job that was not done right and I had to close my store doors because of it. Like I said before I will pay for the salt that was used which was $70 dollars, but if they are wanting me to pay for there work time. I will pay an extra $30. Which comes to be a total $100.00 that I will pay. Unless 4 Season can come with a counter total that is a reasonable amount that we both can agree on.

[redacted], January Winter Storm4Seasons Lawn Care received a message from Mr. [redacted] a day before the storm wanting to know if we could add him to our snow routes as they weren't a "regular listed customer" already. We added [redacted] locations to our snow...
removal lists the day before the storm started. The customer was added in a very prompt matter to provide the customer service we offer here at 4Seasons Lawn Care. During snow or any other type of work performed here at 4Seasons, detailed work logs are kept by our drivers/workers to provide dates, times, locations and the services performed.Here is a detailed list of times that the properties were plowed, shoveled and chemical placed:1. Church sidewalks/walks/entrances/etc shovled: January 22, 2016 starting at 12:29 pm and ending at 12:39 pm.2. [redacted] sidewalks/walks/entrances shoveled: January 22, 2016 starting at 12:17 pm and ending at 12:27 pm.3. Church parking lot plowed (by Patrick Rakestraw, owner of 4Seasons Lawn Care): January 22, 2016 starting at 12:42 pm and ending at 1:15 pm.4. [redacted] parking lot plowed: January 22, 2016 starting at 8:45 pm ending at 9:15 pm.5. Church parking lot plowed: January 22, 2016 starting at 11:10 pm to 12:25 am (January 23, 2016). a. Shoveled at Church: January 22. 2016 starting at 11:10 pm and ending at 12:25 am (January 23, 2016), the driver had someone with him at the time of plowing. All sidewalks/walks/entrances/etc were shoveled during this.6. [redacted] parking lot plowed: January 24, 2016 starting at 8:17 pm and ending at 8:48 pm (at this time our driver who has been with the company for over 3 years spoke to Mr. [redacted] who did NOT express any of the concerns or complaints listed in the complaint issued to the Revdex.com) a. Chemical applied to parking lot/walks: January 24, 2016 starting at 8:48 pm and ending at 8:59 pm, 300 lbs used (6 bags at 50 lbs) for lot and walks.7. Church parking lot plowed: January 24, 2016 starting at 9:03 pm and ending at 10:00 pm. a. Shoveled at Church: January 24, 2016 starting at 10:02 and ending at 11:17 pm, again driver had someone with him at the time of plowing. All sidewalks/walks/etc were shoveled during this time. b. Chemical applied to parking lot/walks: January 24, 2016 starting at 10:53 pm and ending at 11:17 pm, 950 lbs used (19 bags at 50 lbs each) for lot and walks. As noted above the lots were plowed, properties were shoveled and chemicals were applied on several occasions. As Mr. [redacted] stated he did call about the lots. Any time that a call was received from him a return call was made and the lots were promptly checked by Mr. Rakestraw or someone close by the locations. On one occasion Mr. [redacted] complained that he could not get into his lots. When the complaint was handled the lots were plowed but the entrances were blocked from where the town of [redacted] had plowed the roadways. We would like to note that we have a customer who's driveway goes through [redacted] Church parking lot, they also are a snow removal customer. In order for this customer to get to their house the parking lot at the church must be plowed in some manner to that she can get home., This particular customer came into the office after the first storm thanking us and letting us know that we did a very good job for them during the snow removals.4Seasons Lawn Care of the NRV is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best customer care we can provide. None of the complaints appearing here were expressed in the manner they were to the Revdex.com.
