Review: I purchased a tablet a couple years ago, have tried numerous times over the last couple years to get help to no avail. I was able to finally reach someone on the phone this week who informed me they no longer offer support for my tablet. When trying to do a software update, it locked the device and is now asking for a password.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase price of $239.99 refunded so I can purchase a tablet that actually works.

Review: Bought a velocity [redacted] tablet on dec 15 of 2013 tablet will not cut on or charge. Have tried since jan.2014 to find out what to do about this problem. I have emailed them on several times can not get a response. The number in my pamphlet is not the right number. The tablet is still under warranty. The number that I have is [redacted]. Need some assistance on getting my tablet fixed or another one. I feel like I am getting the run around with this problem please helpDesired Settlement: Want my tablet replaced or repaired with a new one

Review: I purchased a [redacted] tablet from a [redacted] in [redacted]. It proved to be defective and all of my efforts to get support from this company for my purchase were not resolved. Finally I talked to a tech support person and was informed I should fax a copy of the receipt to the address that I would get in a subsequent Email. I sent them the fax and got no response. The representative had told me that after they received the fax I would get another Email with instructions on sending back the tablet and it would either get fixed or they would replace it. So after hearing nothing from them I traced the support ticket number online only to read that my ticket had been closed as they never received my fax. I have a copy of the fax and the original receipt. I proceeded to write to their online support and stated that I had sent the fax and I expected them to honor my warranty. Today I received a new Email in which they stated that the department that was responsible was no longer functioning and so they couldn't help me and it suggested that I take the tablet to a local repair person, at my expense of course. By the way, the company is still fuctioning, just not the part that was for my tablet. And they still have a web page offering support for this model.Desired Settlement: I want this company to honor my warranty. I am a disabled senior living on SSI and this purchase was a major one for me. Out of the months I have owned it it has only been funtional a couple months.

Review: I bought a tablet at my school that was made by this company it broke within the one year warranty they offer it would not charge any more so I contacted them spoke with a lady over the phone and I still have emails to prove that this all happened also so I sent in to get it fixed back in the end of August of last year and I have still not received a new tablet or mine back fixed and it is now April I either want the 220 dollars I paid for it back or a tablet back the model of my tablet is [redacted] I have contacted them and they say that you have to go online that's how they deal with the tablets so I did and all I found was where you go about sending it in to be fixed nothing about inquiring on your tablet so I emailed them on the internet email it says to and I never received an email backDesired Settlement: Money back or tablet back

Review: I called support line...they instructed me to reset my tablet ...this was the biggest mistake...after that, my tablet would not download any new applications ...I coukd not retrieve the ones that were removed from thw tablet in the reset process..it constantly now tells me I cannot ope Amazon to downlaod...I feel that I was duped into bad advice that made this tablet into a useless electronic..emails and web search works but cannot downlaod anything and cannot get back google playstore either..I have [redacted] ..it work great till thw technical advice wiped it out and nothing canbe detrieved.Desired Settlement: Repalcement with a new tablet..one that downloads new applications...

My tablet is prestine condition but so what..if it does not work right and does nothing then it is ueless...I can not even give to my grandkids because it will not downlaod any games ......their website was disablee for all.downloads ...to fix the tablets. This tablet doesnot open their updates...
