After reviewing the repair order, there seems to be a break in our communication to the customer.  His license plate light was out, and the lights are only sold in pairs.  We sold the pair of lights replaced the bulb, the vehicle passed inspection at that point and the customer was charged...

for the pair of bulbs and the time to replace the bulb.  The second bulb should have been in handed to the customer.  It appears that we did not communicate the issue very well, and for that we apologize.Sincerely[redacted]

I know I was lied to. I've spent around thirteen thousand dollars at Velocity Powersports in the past three years and they will no longer be receiving any of my business
