When I registered for the 2020 Sarasota Music Half Marathon I paid for home delivery of two packets for myself and husband. When they had not arrived the week prior I contacted the race site the last week in January.
I receive a couple of email from Anthony D.at 'BMC Velocity Raptor Sports? stating they could not provide any UPS tracking information (they didn't save it was the story) and would refund my cost of $38 to have the packets shipped. I didn't receive the packets. I have not received an refund and sent at least four emails in February with no response from the race organizers.
I'm requesting assistance in getting the race organizer to respond and process my refund.
