This customer issue was from 2012 before Velocity Servers Inc. acquired this company. We have removed his email address from the system so he is not emailed again.

HelloWe have reviewed the complaint and have refunded the clients credit card charge. There was a language barrier miscommunication and the client sent two payments. This has been refunded as requested and apologize for any inconvenience to the client.We view this complaint as resolved.

Our experience with chargebacks, and what [redacted] has stated, along with generally accepted knowledge available on Google suggests that the representative you are discussing this with at your bank is misinformed.

Let me recap. I tried to pay by credit card and I got an email from you saying that the credit card was rejected. I look on my credit card statement and you in fact charged me for that. You did not return that money to me after me asking you to do so MANY times. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get that money back. THAT IS NOT A REFUND. Your site is broken and you STOLE that money from me and me getting it back is not a refund.After my credit card was "rejected", I proceeded to pay you via bitcoin. After such shady and unethical business practices, I asked that you close out my account and return the money to me. YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED THAT MONEY TO ME.Stop lying and try to pretend that you are a honest business for a minute and return the money to me.Regards,[redacted]

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In an effort to make sure I am providing the correct information, I called my bank today and made another inquiry about this.  My bank informed me that their processing company, "Star," charges the bank for processing and paperwork in order to issue a charge back.  Star charges my bank $50.00 to perform each charge back.In order to verify what I am saying, the phone number to my bank is:  [redacted].  You may speak to [redacted] in member services.I have two issues:1.  I do not feel it is fair for my bank to have to absorb the fraudulent charges2.  Having to have my bank do a charge back just in order to get my information out of the company's system is a HUGE hassle, for all involved!

HelloI have reviewed the customers account again, and we did indeed send a refund. We have a strict no refund policy but have looked past it, and wanted to make the customer happy. At this time, we still consider this complaint as resolved.

I have been asking for a month and they just ignore me. They did not "return" my money. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the money back. Furthermore, because I do not want to do business with a company that treats its customers like this, I canceled my server. They were quick to shut down my server but they have yet to return me the other $100. I have (again) asked for the money back numerous times but they have not returned it or even responded to my queries. This is a really bad and unethical company and I am sorry that I ever did business with them.Regards,[redacted]
