Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In an effort to make sure I am providing the correct information, I called my bank today and made another inquiry about this My bank informed me that their processing company, "Star," charges the bank for processing and paperwork in order to issue a charge back Star charges my bank $to perform each charge back.In order to verify what I am saying, the phone number to my bank is: [redacted] You may speak to [redacted] in member services.I have two issues: I do not feel it is fair for my bank to have to absorb the fraudulent charges Having to have my bank do a charge back just in order to get my information out of the company's system is a HUGE hassle, for all involved! HelloWe have reviewed the complaint and have refunded the clients credit card chargeThere was a language barrier miscommunication and the client sent two paymentsThis has been refunded as requested and apologize for any inconvenience to the client.We view this complaint as resolved
This customer issue was from before Velocity Servers Incacquired this companyWe have removed his email address from the system so he is not emailed again
