complaint was filed. We believe that extensions were available and availability of insurance coverage was not in doubt. The reason for the delay was a conflict between Velocity and the State of TX in regards to proper installation of shingles. While the manufacturer of the shingles said in writing that there were no issues with our installation and that the full warranty they offered was in full force and an independent engineer said in writing that the installation of the shingles was proper and met all building code; the State disagreed and denied to issue approval. Later at a private meeting between the independent engineer a compromise was reached and the roof was approved with very little change.
