unsolicited emails as Mr. [redacted] requested a previous quote from us.

We apologize again that Mr. [redacted] received marketing emails after requesting to be removed.  As stated in our previous reply, we have taken measures to correct the situation to ensure that this will not happen again.

I am rejecting this response because:
The emails WERE unsolicited because, even though there was no opt-out mechanism within the email, I demanded my email be put onto a suppression list.  I was told this was done.  The 2 quarterly emails after that are, therefore, unsolicited. Further, the definition of unsolicited reads "Not looked for or requested; unsought."  I have not sought contact from Velocity Tech since 2012.  In February of 2017, I made it very clear that I wanted no further contact from Velocity Tech.  Velocity Tech chose to ignore my demand, and the response here reflects a continued lack of understanding (intentional or otherwise) of the law, ethical marketing practices, and perhaps the English language.I would very much like to see Velocity Tech's Revdex.com rating lowered until they demonstrate a change in marketing methodology.
