This is in response to the complaint received by *** *** concerning a refund for services. We were hired to develop a website for this client and when we established services we told Mrs*** we needed content to develop the site. Content is described as photos, text
and also other materials to publish on the websiteWithout content it is near impossible to develop a site and wastes our time. We asked for this material several times and only got a word document that didnt really have much on it. In addition to this issue with the client we told her we could train her how to put things on the website and would setup a time for remote based training We attempted to work with her and did setup another appointment on Friday 04/11/at 4pmI waited in my office and finally received a text stating because of traffic that she was not able to make it on time. We also received a text message (see below) her stating she wanted a refund. We approved the request immediately and I sent a text message back to her stating we would mail out a refund in the form of a check. She replied and said ok.
There is no reason that Mrs*** needed to contact the Revdex.com to resolve this issue with our company. We already told her that we would mail a refund but that is not good enough for her apparently. We spent time and resources to install word press, provision her hosting account, help her point her domain name to our servers and also purchase a web template for her project from a template provider out of pocket
I need someone from the Revdex.com to contact me ASAP about this at *** x *** to discuss this matter in detail
