Review: To whom it may concern,I ,Adrian Perez is writing to your company on my daughters e-mail, to complain about the service we had with a purchase of some batteries at big T's in Oxnard , ca.I am not satisfied with the behavior nor with the service.I bought some batteries and they don't work so I tried several times to exchange them and wasn't helped , I am now tired of trying to exchange them and want my money back.I still have warranty on my batteries , they said it was for 18 months. I have the receipts and batteries . I need someone to help me out with this issue I have. I am rejecting this response because:

The reason I went trying to exchange the batteries was because the batteries don't function in my truck . After I took them at this location I also went to pep boys and I have proof that the batteries did not work . I had pep boys call big T'sto tell them , that my batteries tested bad. How can I keep the batteries if they don't work on my truck? The name [redacted] is my son in laws name , that is because he went to get a battery for me once but I am [redacted].
