At this time, I have been contacted
directly by Velvet Caviar Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have been giving them ample opportunity for them to call me however they neglect to call me at the time providedI live on the west coast while they are on east coast timeI have relied a handful of times what I am looking for however they have not done one single thing to compensate me for my damages that I have incurred because of their productI am very disgusted that a company can not only get away with selling products witch toxic elements but have no sympathy or care in their customer serviceI could not afford to purchase a new phone but I was given no choice because their product had leaked into my phoneAnd not only have I incurred monetary damages but I have had numerous headaches after the incident (from ingesting the product for over a day)

This is an absolute joke, this company has not listened to any response that I have provided them withThey have twice made appointments to call me (Last Friday at 12:30pm) but neglected to callI have told them numerous times that I am not available until pm pacific!!!! However they love to call at any other time accept from the appointment we created. furthermore, yes you should be responsible for the damages your product created and I have most certainly passed this incident on to every tv station I know because of your lack of sympathy and understandingI have a young child, and the thought that your poorly constructed product could have physically harmed my daughter infuriates me! I am out $because your case (nothing else) damaged my phone- and I have discussed and seen that this isn't the first time your case has done thatI will keep fighting until you understand the products you sell can be a danger and maybe you should suggest that on the descriptions so people can understand what they are buyingI am not looking to make money, if I was I would pursue a lawyer; I just want to be reimbursed for the damage you have caused me. if you want to set up another appointment to call and actually follow through with it I would appreciate it, otherwise I will keep fighting this through other meansBy the way I am more than happy to send Revdex.com all correspondence, damage records, pictures etcfor further investigation as I have already created the package for other needs

We have tried reaching out several times to Michelle but there has been no response. We already issued a full refund for an order that was placed in August. We tried recommending a new case free of charge but the customer refused and insists on us paying for her new phone which will not happen. Customer claims her phone was damaged while using this case, we are not responsible for purchasing a new phone or compensating the cost of a brand new phone. Customer is demanding $400, which is a bit absurd. We tried resolving this matter over the phone but we have had no luck.
