Stayed from January to May 2014. "No mail" on move out date. Came back to pick up expensive and important mail. They still claim "no mail for you." Turns out there is a lawsuit against [redacted], manager, for opening mail (see article in [redacted]). Left messages, three months later no mail. Package is confirmed "delivered." Inside is a $500.00 [redacted]. Opening and keeping mail is a federal offense. Hopefully, the Revdex.com can help before I get police involved. Sounds like this Smoot guy doesnt need anymore trouble.Desired SettlementEither the phone or a refund before homeboy [redacted] gets a civil suit and cops up in his [redacted] motel.
