I ordered an item on 1/26/20 and received a confirmation email that my item was on its way to me. After I didn't receive it on by 2/5/20, I emailed the company and received a response back on 2/6/20 that there was a high volume of orders and that my item was on backfill for 2/15/20. I responded back on the same day (2/6) and said that I was okay with the item being sent out on 2/15/20. Then I never heard anything else from the company. I sent another email on 3/8/20 and a FB message and still have not received a follow up. Additionally, the website appears to be out of order at the moment.

Customer ordered item on January 26, customer sent and email requesting status of order on February 6, 2020. Updated status that item was back orderd and offered customer a full refund,30% off next order as well at that time. Also, informed customer that items were back ordered until at least February 15,2020.
Issued customer a refund of the amount of $45.00 on March 14, 2020. Refund number is 7UNXXXXXLNXXXXXXR and will be processed between March 18-23 2020. For order number ***
