I have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] since this complaint was submitted on the 23. As I explained to him as far as the antenna, he didn't talk to to me or my shop foreman. If he would have we would have taken care of it. I hate that one of my employees acted that way to a customer. I would like to...

address the matter with my employee but Mr. [redacted] can't remember who it was, or if they were male or female. Cutting wires happens occasionally because the wire for the antenna is tucked under the windshield moldings. I have had to pay to replace a couple of these. I mailed Mr [redacted] a check for the cost of the antenna and installation, and I had no problem doing so. As for the actual installation of the windshield, there were no problems with it until Mr [redacted] took the truck to another glass shop, They took all of the moldings off, and then told him that we messed his truck up. As I explained to Mr [redacted], as far as I know the other shop could have done the damage to it, or it could have been done before we replaced it a year ago because he bought the truck used and it could have been replaced before we did it. I have never had a issue with fixing something we did to a vehicle while replacing a glass in it, but in this situation I feel as though there are others who could be at fault.
