The following describes the damage and mitigation at the *** residenceFirewaterRestoration was contacted on December 8, 2014, because there was water damage in the gameroomA contract was signed which authorized Firewater Restoration to mitigate the damageand equipment was set in place while
working around a large amount of contentWe made anumber of appointments with Mrs*** to insure the game room was dry and/or to retrieveour equipmentMrs*** was never home when we arrived for the appointmentsTheequipment was in place fo r forty-two days because Mrs*** would not co-operate.Included are copies of pictures, the completed scope of work, and the Firewater Restorationinvoice and statement.Please call with any questions you may have.Sincerely,*** ** ***President

I have reviewed the letter sent to Revdex.com from firewater written by Mr *** and we are very disappointed a business man would be so unprofessional and respond to this problem with accusations Mr***s letter of May 14th stated the contract was signed which authorized Fire Water Restoration to mitigate the damage, is totally false No estimate was ever written let alone signed by *** *** or *** ***, the homeowners ***, the employee that was supposibly writing an estimate when he came into our home with guys to help He told me to sign a work authorization so the 4th sentence is also false ***, employee of firewater, called to try to come back out to our home and I told *** that I still did not receive an estimate but he kept stating that he had the OK from our insurance company *** stated that our insurance company will be covering everything I would not okay an appointment because I needed an estimate to submit to the insurance company They are lying because we never made any appointments and they never arrived on our property We have proof of this with our dated surveillance cameras They stated that the fan and dehumidifier were at our home for days from December 10th to December 31st It is days not days so they are incorrect I told *** to pick up the equipment days after they left it because it was not working and I still do not have an estimate He said they could not because they were having their Christmas party I told them to pick the equipment up after the party They still did not pick it up My insurance company called me on December 30th stating that Firewater sent my insurance company a bill for six thousand six hundred forty four dollars and I called firewater to come and get their equipment ASAP out of our home They came the next morning, your order aDecember 31st at o'clock in the morning and they wanted us to sign a release and I said no I will not sign their document I wanted an estimate that I requested the first day *** walked into our home and we still have not received an estimate We would be glad to take a polygraph test to prove authenticty of our statements It is so sad that people take advantage of innocent people for money I hope that this incident will stop this company from committing insurance fraudulent actions Thank you for your attention to this problem The employee, ***, was fired from Firewater restoration Apparently the owner knew that the employee did not do the job correctly A written estimate was to be given to us and sent to our insurance company before any work was to begin

In regards to the second letter that Ms*** wroteMrs*** called us on December 8, at 1:45PMWe went to her home on December 10,Before any work is to begin at anyone's home werequire that a work authorization be signedMs*** did agree to have the mitigation services workproceedShe signed the Authorization on a I-Pad.We were not at the *** home for daysWhat our estimator meant is that we had dehumidifiersand air movers at her homeSo the proof on her camera is exactly the same as ours.We tried on several dates to go by and pick up the equipmentOur Mitigation Tech went to her home topick up the equipment and she would not let him inThe office started to call and try and set up ascheduled time.The office called on December 22- (Spoke to *** she needs to coll back).December 23, (Left message for ***)December 24-(Left message again for ***)December 26-(Spoke to *** she said she had claim # and insurance information she has customer onanother line needs to call me back)December 30, 2014-(5po/ce to *** wants us to go back on January 5,to pick up equipment).When Mrs*** received our invoice she called in and wanted the equipment picked up ASAP so wewent and picked it up on December 31,We e-mailed the invoice to her insurance carrier and theycalled herA copy was mailed to her.We billed *** and her Insurance company for the extended rental of the equipmentThe insurancecarrier said they would agree to pay for days of drying and that and rental of our equipment past thatwould have to be paid by Mrs***The Insurance company adjusted our estimate by eliminating theexcess days of equipment rental that Firewater could not pick up from the *** home.As requested I have included a copy of the back of our work authorization.If you need any additional information please let me knowAt present we are working on a settlementfor our services.Sincerely,*** * ***
