her vehicle was impounded for parking in *** *** parking lot and not going into pizza hut but going to the bar insteadthis is why *** *** gave us this accountshe called the main number and inquired about how to get her vehicle backI advised her we have a extra fee to release after
business hours as allowed by Ohio state lawshe didn't want to pay the extra and said that was fine she would get it in the morning that she needed it early at 8amI explained to her that the office doesn't open till 10:00amshe kept screaming insisting that we are going to open at 8am in which I told her she can come but no ones going to be there until 10:00am. she made the problem herself trying to make her own rulesas far as her sitting in a poor and threating neighborhood we love this neighborhood, we could have chosen any neighborhood for our office but we decided on this one to help the areathe neighbors watch out for us and we all get alongsorry it's not Westlake or another " so called rich " cityI still haven't decided if we will be giving anything backI feel she made her own problems and she was charged correctly.***

I have enclosed two audio recordings proving that he is a liarHe admitted to parking in tenets parking one spot over from visitor parkingI never had to call in a driver my driver was still in the area .lastly he called our company two days later to say he had some sort of damage!! Two days
after the tow is unacceptable to say he has any damageI did him a favor and sent the driver back to himI didn’t have to I could have made him drive to our office to get his vehicle!! A few bad apples ruins it for the rest of the people!!

Unfortunately this women has lost her mindNo one followed her somehow she has a name of a driver we had employed a year agoShe was impounded for not having a parking permit as required for this apartment complexWe have nothing more to say to her besides have a nice day!!

we have a spotter sitting in *** *** parking lotmy spotter saw him leave his truck go to ***s whole mealafter minutes he comes up and looks for his truck and goes back in ***swhen he finally called our phone number that the police gave him " all impounds have to be called into the
channel police " he came up with so many crazy stories that it is hard to write all the things he came up with but bottom line he insisted on getting his truck released that eveningso when I had a truck available I called him and told him to meet our drivers at *** and they will take him to his truckI didn't know that the driver was there when I called himI could hear the customer saying why are y'all so happy for stealing my truckhe said I am not sir, then the customer said " its ok just wait until I get my truck I will shoot all you ***! that was when I told my driver to leave there immediate!!!!! after a few minutes the customer called the office claiming my drivers left him! I said *** right they did who do you think you are threating to shoot my drivers we will not be releasing your truck tonight you can come the next day when we have a full crew available to deal with youWe will defiantly not be giving him one red cent back!!!

after doing some investigation here this customer is completely right!!! I have talked to *** and I am sending him a check for a partial refund of $I apologized to him because this isn't supposed to happen!! the driver has been written up he is getting week off with NO pay for what he
did.***

yes I do remember talking to him he sent me a video of what he claims was damage. the video didn't show any damage at all only his finger wiping off the salt. he will not be getting anything from us[redacted]

illegally and go across the street to a bar.Michelle said her business has 4 of their signs posted at this location stating people who park illegally will be towed; Michelle said [redacted] also has 2 posted signs to say that their lot is for [redacted] customers only.Michelle said her employees saw the consumer park at this location and then go to the bar ... so her car was towed.Michelle said the consumer called her at the telephone number listed on their posted signs; Michelle said she instructed one of her employees/Matthew to contact the consumer so he could as a courtesy take her to retrieve her car from one of their overflow lots.Michelle said Matthew took the consumer to retrieve her car and the police were not involved.Michelle said the consumer paid $260.00 which was $210.00 for the tow and $50.00 for the release of her vehicle; Michelle said they are legally allowed to charge the $50.00 in addition to the tow charge.Michelle the consumer did not give an accurate account of what transpired.
