We were overcharged for services and not told ahead of time what services wouldn't be covered by insurance
I really liked DrWelch and her staff They seemed very caring and knowledgeable That was until the bills started coming in and our dental insurance wouldn't cover hardly any of the cleanings and cavities we had done for our children
DrWelch was not in our network under our insurance, which unfortunately was not disclosed to me We are a family of seven with one income Our insurance barely covered a quarter of DrWelch's fees We were never told at any time that our dental insurance wouldn't cover the routine dental work she provided for our children In 15yrs living in the area and working with in and out of network dentists, I've never been charged what she charges for fillings and cleanings We were charged over $3,for 3-fillings and cleanings for our children And we normally receive free cleanings a year per person under our insuranceNever again
I drive an hour each way once a month to see this dentist for orthontic work and cleaningsThat's how good she isNot only is she patient listening to my concerns on my progress, her passion for detail to get everything perfect leaves me with a great feeling everytime I leaveYou will also be in great hands with her deep bench of professional techniciansThey follow Dr***'s leadership and have had the team take extra time during cleanings making me look brand new when I leave every timeGreat Dentist, Great TeamThank you for all you do for me Dr***!
