According to #of the Booth Rental Agreement that *** signed, the "Tenant must act in a professional manner while on Landlord’s propertyThis includes Tenant’s booth, other tenants’ booths, anywhere inside Landlord’s premises including the parking
area." *** was very unprofessional, loud, and confrontational upon multiple occasions while in the storeHis actions led to the decision to exercise #of the Booth Rental Agreement which states the following: "Landlord reserves the right to end this agreement and evict Tenant at anytime." *** *** Vendors' Village

Vendors' Village

After receiving a message from the customer on Facebook on 9-13-14, I messaged her back explaining that her posts on our
page was not deleted, but it is setup that public posts automatically do not show on the pageI also told her that I would contact the store management and get back with herOn 9-15-I contacted her again offering her a full refund along with a $store gift certificate for her troubleI feel like we have done everything in our power to make this situation right with this customerBelow is a copy of my facebook conversation with her:

I don't know who operates this page or who handles complaints for Vendor's Village in generalI don't know what the goals of Vendor's Village areIn this day and age, it is becoming increasingly difficult for most businesses to keep their doors openTherefore, most businesses have realized how important word of mouth is and how important it is to have return shoppersArguably, the most important quality in a business is ETHICSCustomers will choose to go to an ethical store over one that is cheaper any dayAn ethical store is a highlight to the community and an unethical store will be shut down due to lack of business, bad word of mouth, and poor serviceWhich side of the fence does Vendors' Village want to be on? I came into your store with my baby today and bought her something only to see her cry when it didn't workI spent my very last dime on a replacement product because your store wouldn't let me do a simple exchange in the same vendor's boothI know that times are hard for everyone, but bad business is bad businessI'm a working mother who barely makes it paycheck to paycheck and for me, the $I spent in your store today was more than I had to spend but I'm glad it ended with a smile on my daughter's face because she's the reason I work so hardDeleting a post that has been posted three times instead of responding in an appropriate manner further cements the obvious -- your company has chosen to stay on the side of bad business and until I receive a refund and an apology, I will be letting everyone know about thisI am so disappointed because I loved your store and now I can't even look at it without it putting a bad taste in my mouth

***, I have contacted the head store manager and the vendor who sold the item to youThe vendor is fine with you returning the item for a refundI asked the store manager if the signs posted say, "electronic items with plugs" "or just "electronic items" can be returned within hoursThe current posted sign (which will be changed) does not mention "plugs", only the receipt doesObviously you would have already bought the item once you have the receiptI have asked ***, the head manager to give you a $in store gift certificate for your trouble."

Hello ***, my name *** *** that is renting the booths in Leitchfield, ky. I wanted you to know that I am loud in nature, my whole family is loud by natureI was told I needed to remove flammables from my booth and I had no trouble doing thisOne week and a half later I went back to organize my booths and I found several other booths that had flammables in their boothsand I notified the girls at the front desk about itMy wife was with me and she will tell you I was not being unprofesstional or confrontationalThe girls are lieing to you guysThis day I was aloud to look at the cramera monitor to see if someone stole something from us and it was a quick look because the screen picture was no goodI then asked the girls at the desk if someone can look up to see if the item was purchased in someone # boothThey later accused me and are saying I was requiring them to look it up and that there were customers and that is not true eitherMy wife will tell you this is not trueI came another week later and walked the store to look around as I do every week and we still saw the flammables in the other booths and then asked one the girls "if they had a chance to check on the issue that they had with another booth" because there was customers there at the moment while I was buying stuff myselfAt that point the manager came up to me while customers were there and yelled at me accusing me of damaging your property and this is why I was irritated at the store at this moment because I was confused about what she was talking aboutI asked her if we can go in her office to talk about it and she refused and so we spoke about it in front of the storeMy wife will tell you that she was yelling at me as wellI was only defending myselfWould you not defend yourself if someone accuses you of something that you did not do? So who is unprofessional? I was being accused of doing something that did not do and I tried to talk in the office and I am the one being asked to leaveThe manager yelling and the girls liying should be asked to leave for being confirtational and unprofesstionalI had every right to be irritated, defending myself and my tone to be normally loudWhen I first spoke with your wife she said what the girls were doing was wrong and now you will not even hear what I have to sayThat is not professionalIt is not right as a business to force someone to take stuff out of their booth and not make everyone else to do the sameIt is not fair or professional
