Review: Hello there, so the business license number is #[redacted], so my mom and my sister ordered for living room sofa set on December [redacted], 2015 and paid $1160 and we were told that the delivery will be on or before the christmas, however they failed to deliver it on time, so he asked for another week and same thing happened, then finally it arrived on January ** and after they delivered it, it was completely wrong product. So the next morning we went there and the guy who sold it to us was saying that this is what we ordered. So my sister ordered for "Marina" as they call it. But because they didn't have it in stock they asked for second choice and my sister told them "Lima S" but he send us "Luna" a complete different one. We asked for refund because first of all it took way too long where their store policy was 3 days to 2 weeks delivery if the product not in stock. Then he was saying that they can't refund or replace as it's their store policy. We told him that this wasn't the product that we ordered on the first place. Then I called police on them and he was laughing and saying they can't do anything. Then once the cops gift here I explained to them everything and a random guy was passing by, he was listen to the conversations as he was walking and said to the cops that this store always does things like this. By the way they recently changed their store name to "rainbow furniture" which is different than their license. So the cops helped me with their license number because it was hidden somewhere. And the cops advised me to complain here on Revdex.com.org. the worker was lying for the whole time, the guy who delivered it to us, when we told him about the lateness, he said this guy always do like this and when I told it to the guy who sold us, he was asking for his name and taking us that he will fire him from the job, we didn't disclose his name or anything, we just said it's none of your business. I told him that I will see you on the court and he was continuously having evil laugh on his face.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if they are being reported to the proper place so that no other consumer have to go through all this. It's so hard to make money here. I am an immigrant and drive taxi for living. My father is disabled. So every penny is worth million dollars to us. I didn't have to deal with now if other consumer would report them earlier. I want either money back or replacement. We already unpacked it and then we realize that this wasn't the right product. I would greatly appreciate your help

Review: First off in March 2013 I went into this furniture to purchase a bed frame and a mattress, the total came out to $265.00 and I made a deposit of $100.00 At the ending of June I went back to cancel the order of the mattress, but to keep the bed frame which was the price was $50.00. I canceled the mattress order because one was purchased for me without my knowledge by my mother. On my receipt it was written that $50.00 was used for the bed frame, and it was written that the other $50.00 will be store credit. I did not take the bed frame at that moment because I had no way to take it home and I didn't want to pay for delivery of a bed frame. Other circumstances and [redacted] prevented me from picking up the bed frame. On October **, 2013 I walked into the furniture ready to pick up my bed frame and the owner argues with me that I picked up the bed frame which I never did and nothing was ever written on my receipt saying I received it. The receipt only says and I quote, "used 50 dollars for frame and store credit for $50". He began to argue with me that I do have the bed frame and that I can only use the $50 store credit towards a mattress and I don't understand why. He says I can't get my bed frame which I never received and I can't use my store credit on something I want to use it for. On the receipt nothing was ever written about me receiving a bed frame or saying that my store credit can only be used for a mattress. If I cancel an order on something I have the right to do it and use my store credit for whatever other product I want too.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my bed frame because I wouldn't be fighting for it if I didn't need it. I would also like to receive back the amount of my store credit or just receive the full amount of my down payment.

Review: when they deliver the furniture it wasn't new it was a floor model an it was damage number one number two I paid for a new kitchen set table an chairs both damage. couch arm was damage the love seat was damage on the side when back he said nothing he could do but repair a floor model set which I did not purchase it was to be newDesired Settlement: none he refuse to refund

Review: On February **, 2013 I purchased of a full size and twin size bunk beds, since then tone of the bed broke down, the quality of the materials is very low and the second time it broke the seller is requesting money to fix it while this items are under warranty. The first time this happened I was charged $15, this second time they want to charge me the same amount but they won't send someone to fix it. When I spoke to the person in charge he asked me to leave the store.Desired Settlement: I want this company to honor the warranty or exchange the items for new one in mint condition, NEW.

Review: On 12/*/2014 I visited the Saverite Furniture store, I attempted to per chase a bed room set. I was informed that there is none at the store but it will be ordered from the supplier and will be delivered within three days. The item was priced at $930.00 after a proclaim discount, I agreed to and attempted to pay using my [redacted] bank card. I gave my card to the merchant and he swiped it in his machine, he then said " we are experiencing problems with our machine, only $300.00 came off your card, you can bring the remaining $630.00 in cash tomorrow or I will call you when we receive the order. On Tuesday I was informed by a third party that the merchant called my house number and said the item was no longer available. I visited the merchant at the above location and he informed me that the item is no longer on the market and I will have to choose another set, I told him that I wanted that set and there was no other in the store that peaked my interest. The merchant refused to refund my money, stating that he does not give refunds. After an exchange of words I left the store and proceeded to call my bank, I was informed to fine a dispute. This was done and after several efforts I was told that the bank was unable to help me since the merchant claims he has a no refund policy . I was told that the merchant claims he has a credit for me to choose an item.I never received any item from this merchant , there is nothing in this store that I need I never made a purchase since I never received an item. I visited this store on 4/**/2015 and pretended to be interesting in the said bed set which is still in the store to date and was given a sale price for the identical item which is according to this merchant off the market. This merchant uses this item as a means of lording customers to purchase items from his store. I am seeking your assistance to have my monies refunded and any interest accumulated, it has been four and a half months.Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my monies with interest.

Review: Ordered several pieces of furniture, always an issue with delivery. It's been one month and still missing a chest to bedroom set ordered. Items are damaged from prior order and set up. I was going to buy a microwave stand at this store, the guy there at the store Sam, stated that they have to put it together and suggested I leave a deposit and I can pick it up the next day.

The next day when I went they did not have the stand and asked if we can wait an hour so we did, after 1 1/2 hrs we still did not get it, angry and frustrated we requested our money back. They then stated it was no refund. Two days later they called and stated if we still wanted it, I said yes, I'll call you when I'm coming to pick it up, Sam agreed.

I called the number on the receipt several times and there was no answer, I stopped by the store after work to pick up the stand. They insisted I pay in cash only at that time if I wanted it or else they will sell it out and kept insisting I go to the ATM to withdraw the money. At that time I taught something was not right, they claim their phone is not working, their credit card machine will take a week to repair but insisted I have to pay cash. At that time I started recording him, I have attached a copy of the video and receipt from the store which I believe is not even the real name of the store cause when I looked it up online it stated Venecia Furniture, but the receipt I have says Saverite Furniture, can you help me get justice, these guys look like they do this to a lot of people and get away with it.

Review: Went into SaveRite Furniture to buy a sofa on March **,2015, Received a call on March **,2015 saying the product I ordered has been discontinued.I ask for a refund of the money I paid, [redacted] refuses to process my refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the amount I paid.

Review: On Sunday August [redacted], I purchased 2 items from the Business. I paid in full for the items with my debit card, totaling $615.55. I was promised free delivery in 2-3 days, as long as the merchandise was in stock. The merchant scribbled something in the delivery column of my receipt, and much later I found out it said pickup. 3 days after purchasing the items, I called the merchant to inquire about my delivery. I was then told by the salesperson, [redacted], that the merchandise was in stock, but their truck was broken, and that he couldn't tell me when I would be getting my delivery. I called him back for the next 2 days, ad again with the same story about the broken truck. He then proceeded to tell me that I could pay to have it delivered. I told him that I was promised free delivery ( I have a voice recording of him telling me this), and I would not pay any more as I was promised free delivery. He then told me that he didn't care because he already got paid. I then got on the phone with my bank to try and resolve the issue, telling them that I had paid for something and I did not receive it. The bank opened an investigation, After a month they called me with the result. They had contacted the merchant, and the merchant told the bank that I had already came and picked up my furniture. the bank told me there was nothing they could do, but try to resolve this on my own. I had essentially paid $615 for nothing. That same day, I called back the merchant to try and resolve this. He first told me that I had picked up my furniture. After arguing with him, he then told me that I could have delivery of my furniture in 2 days. Realizing that he was playing games, I went to the store on Tuesday September [redacted]. I went into the store, and same story of him telling me that I had gotten my stuff. After arguing, he told me he could deliver it in 2 days. I told him I wanted my money back, as I had already bought it somewhere else. He said it was no refund possible. We argued some more, and he finally agreed to give me a refund, minus a restocking fee. On his receipt, it says 25% restocking fee for cancelled orders. I told him that this was not the case, because I didn't cancel, they didn't want to deliver. He told me that I could either take it or leave it. Realizing that it was this or nothing, I took it. Firstly, he said that he could not refund the tax, so that brought the refund down to $575 minus the 25% restocking fee. He then said that they have to pay a 3% fee for the debit card transaction, and that was also non-refundable. So in all, I lost $49 for the sales tax, $17 dollars for the debit card fee, and $143 for the restocking fee. I came away with $406 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the balance of my refund.
