VENEFENCE CORP.took my deposit and showed up a few days after date stated in contract without contacting me and after removing my existing gate and digging holes in my yard,they informed me the price they agreed upon on contract has increased, I refused and they left my yard in a mess,holes half filled in and my gate on ground and left.they refuse to give a refund and also demanded more money to replace my gate which they removed Very unprofessional Now I am out my deposit and still have to hire another company to do the job as my yard is now unsecured and I have valuable equipment in my yard

Fence support beams bent out ward, have called 10+ times for repair (still under warranty as stated on contract) no call back nor repair Save yourself the frustration

We selected Venefence due to NOT having a separate fee for paying by credit card. Not even a week later that the fence was installed (contract signed on 03/12/2015 work completed on 04/19/2015) we receive a phone call that there will be a fee for paying with credit card even though that piece of important information (important to me) was never stated verbally or on paper ... I believe its unprofessional and completely unethical. Now the question for us : if something happens that our fence needs repair/replace will Venefence ever come out to do what has been STATED verbally and paper? Keeping my fingers crossed ....bad vibes....

Only to hear well there is this issue and that issue and we ran into this problem. Before the $2700 deposit this woman was the sweetest person in the world. After, she became rude, disrespectful and totally unprofessional. making empty promises to call and give us updates, set 2 different days for installs with came and went, with no fence being installed, my favorite one was, oh yes this week for sure; weather permitting, and I go outside and my neighbor 3 homes down is having his fence put in by the same company. I guess the weather 3 homes down was ok.
