Veneziano Plaster Fine Painting

I have been dealing with the shade store for two months now trying to get two metal bars for two shades I ordered. The bar at the bottom of the shade should come the same length as the shade. If the shade is light in color the bar really shows at the bottom if it is not the length of the shade. When I complained about this they sent a dirty scraped up bar in the mail too me. I quickly through it away in the trash. For the amount of money it cost for a shade everything should be in top shape when sending to a customer.
