I've came to the store to pick a marble slabI was sold something that was not in stock, and however they did deliver it within a week or so, it took me few trips to the store and unpleasant experience
The communication was always broken, the contract was never detailed enough and my contractor was mislead on what he suppose to do as well
The discussion about the installation was extremely unclear, Angelica has a little idea about that part of the business and it creates a lot of mess and aggrieved feelings
