I order Masks from this company, did not like the quality, sent them back and never got a refund after contacting them several times by phone and email. I payed & 149.75 for the masks

I ordered my 6 overpriced face masks face masks on march 1st 2020. I work with covid positive patients and my clinic was running out of aupplies for us so I ordered these with the expected shipping in 2 weeks. This never happened 6 weeks later I reached out to the company asking what was going on, turns out that according to sophie my package was sotting on a runway in china unable to be shipped due to covid but that I should be patient and ill get them. a couple weeks pass by and I get 3 of the 6 masks that I order (30 dollars each) and naturally I ask for a refund for the other masks because by this point now in may I purchased the same masks elsewhere (for 5 dollars each)...no response. I reached out several times and nothing, until I presented them with the ftc guidelines for returns and refunds. then magically they said my items are on the way but this time they were being shipped from north carolina!. without ever opening the packages I refused them and returned to sender at the post office. even after recieving their product they refuse to refund what they owe and said they will only give me 30% of what they owe and keep the products. I responded asking for a full refund of whatvwas owed and since june 5th I still have not recieved money or a response. this company should be fined and shut dowm for theor unfair business practices. I requested the contact info for their legal department 3 times and have not recieved any info,I will be seeking reimbursement for time and consultation fees in small claims court if this complaint cannot resolve this problem. All of our communications were via email so I will give you everything you need to support my claim. all tracking numbers communications and pictures. no conversation was via telephone for the purpose of record keeping.

In late February/early March, 2020, I ordered 4 N95 respiratory pollution masks. I sent a follow-up email about my order, but was told that they were sorry for the delay and that the order was currently being processed. Also, I was told that the process was moving slow becuase not too many people wanted to work and "We promise you'll receive your item in the next 10 days." After not receiving the order, I sent countless follow-up emails and eventually an email to cancel the order. I was told "I'm really sorry these shipping delays are driving us crazy too, it's a mess with shipping carriers theses days. The order was packaged and sent but the planes are still airports. Because of the virus issue, the process now is moving too slow not too many workers want to work. we can't even cancel the order and return the package you are getting it either way just be patient, please."

It is May 13, 2020 and still haven't received my items. I would like a refund immediately and because they are not trying to help me and continue to give me the run around, I wanted to let others lnow right away to beware of this company.

I ordered 4 N95 masks on February 28th 2020 for $119. After numerous emails and complaints I received 2 of the wrong masks on April 5th. I believe this seller is a fraud and kept making excuses and I am yet to receive my masks or a refund. Stated they cannot refund my money.

It's a scam....someone should shut them down. They refuse refund on product they never sent.

I ordered 4 N95 masks and a month later I received very cheap foam masks! These are NOT N95 masks! This should NOT be marketed as N95 masks!

They sold an item with a picture for $59.00 then sent a miniaturized cheap copy of something that looked similar but is not functional. You cannot get through to anyone on the phone. It's a scam, and I will attempt to get a refund but the return address is in another state from the business address. The item came from China, not Oregon. It's a fraud company.

Very Bad Veniry Company POST OFFICE still operating during the virus: On March 3 2020. I ordered product from what appeared to be a US company, the product said it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 days, and take 1-2 weeks for delivery. I was charged for product in advance and did not receive a confirmation. I emailed an inquiry and over a week later was given a tracking number. The tracking number showed it was being prepared for shipment from China.
( The tracking stayed as preparing for shipment for weeks )
They still have the package!
and will not refund my money!!!?????
I still have no order but my PayPal was billed almost a month ago. The only response I get is "here is the tracking number" which says it is being prepared to be shipped from China. It's now March 30 2020 no product!

The company advertises a date of delivery then misses the date. After speaking to customer service I got the same exact response from two different people. They each used the exact wording stating because of the virus not too many people want to work and guarantee that your items will arrive soon. The first time stating he guarantees my order will arrive within 10 days. Now a supposed female says soon. I am thinking the company Veniry is a scam.

On March 1st I purchased an N95 mask. On March 9th I received an email stating the item was on the way. I noticed on March 19 I had not received the item so I checked the tracking number and according to USPS, the item was still in the pre-shipment phase (*** was still waiting for the item from the seller). I contacted the seller on March 19th asking for an update. I received a generic response stating items were taking longer to be delivered because of COVID-19. I then responded back saying I would like to cancel the order for a refund. The message I received to my request was the same generic response I received the first time when asking for an update on the delivery. I responded again and was told because the product had been shipped I could not get a refund. After much back and forth I was told the product would arrive to me in 6 business days - I was told this on March 22nd. As of today, March 27th, *** still has the tracking as in pre-shipment and they are still waiting for Veniry to provide them with my order.

I was told the product ordered was in stock, would be shipped in a few days and delivered in 2 weeks. After repeated requests, I was given a tracking number which showed the product was being prepared to be shipped from China. This same status continued for over 3 weeks. I was charged in full for the product almost a month ago and still don't think the product has shipped.

I placed an order online for a mask on Feb 26th. It is currently March 20th and I've received nothing.
I emailed to cancel the order and get a refund on March 7th since I had received an order confirmation but still had zero confirmation the item had shipped and no tracking number received. I suddenly received a response saying they couldn't cancel the order because it conveniently had just shipped and then provided me with a tracking number.

Monday, March 9th I received an email notification that my package just shipped and provided the tracking number. So essentially they lied instead of giving me a refund.

March 19th I checked the tracking status and emailed them and now they are claiming there's a delay because of the covid virus. When I check the tracking status is still says "Your package is on its way to a *** facility". Which makes me assume they never shipped it.

I think they took advantage of consumer fears and tried to sell a product as a scam.

Hello,

I finally received the item I ordered after a month of waiting. I wasn't aware it was shipping direct from China.

The mask is apparently marketed inaccurately and is not in fact an N95 mask and is a bit misleading.

My friend informed me this is a pitta mask (or a sponge mask) which offers basically no protection and is listed as a mask to avoid.

I've attached screen shots from website, my purchase confirmation, and a comparison mask chart for reference as well as links referencing a correct N95 mask, etc.

Finally I'm including a link of correct N95 mask

Masks to avoid - Source Let’s now look at other masks that people have been wearing during these desperate and confusing times to avoid Covid-19:
· A Pitta mask with an “N95 insert.” Pitta masks are made of porous sponge material, with no filter throughout the mask except for the small circle valve insert.

Thank you

I was able to get the money refunded by my bank after submitting all the appropriate documentation to them for review. So I think I'm all set now! I can only hope that others aren't also experiencing the same issue from this company. Anyhow please try and stay healthy and take care. Thanks again

Despite reaching out to the company several times and trying to go through *** as well... I have not been sent my products.
I was first told they were behind
Then I was given a tracking number
Then when I contacted them re the tracking number not showing any activity they said it was bc of ***.
Then *** said the company gave a wrong address
Then when I contacted the company for a refund they said they gave a wrong tracking number ... but stopped replying to my emails and do not answer their phone.

I have asked to be refunded , but keep getting different excuses . I don’t get my product .

I purchased 3 coronavirus masks middle of February 2020, they charged me $80+ and I never received them. They gave me a fake tracking # and a crazy explanation that was riddled with misspellings and incorrect grammar. When I pushed a few more times via their "support" email, I realized I was getting canned responses. I went to their site and copied their supposed phone and physical address and googled it. There is a slew of people that have been ripped off by fake businesses using this address. See this link below to find all of them *** This is their supposed help email, but upon further look I see they are sending emails from an encrypted email. I am calling my bank tomorrow, but have a feeling this was a huge lesson. I hope someone sees this before spending any money with this bad business. Veniry Support via

Veniry, an online store, https://www.veniry.com/ charged my corporate credit card $392.34 and failed to render the services requested. I ordered masks, and never got an order confirmation nor shipping confirmation. Upon further investigation, I realized that this company is a scam. Please take investigation under consideration
