First of All the customer claimed that someone she talked to would sell her a of our tube rattles at a discounted dealer price.we did not however we charged this person $retail cost is the customer notified us of some defective rattlesWe asked them to be returned and they would be replacedWe received backWe sent her replacements

I am rejecting this response because: the statement is not trueThe order was placed over the phone and mentioned a coupon code I seen onlineShe honored that with no questionsI received replacement rattlesThey were extremely rude when attempted to resolve issueI have no reason to falsely accuse a business of mistreatment, I would not be going through the hassle without a reasonable cause
