We bought a car on June 7,and they didn't have a clear title and we still have NO paperwork for car

I purchased a Subaru imprezza sit used with 52,milesWhen I purchased the vehicle I was told if I got there extended warranty then everything was coveredAfter having the car for only months I noticed that the car had an oil consumption issue and had a noise in the transmissionI dropped off the car at Rimrock Kia to get fixed January 8th of this yearTo this day they still do not have parts ordered or an estimated repair dateI was sold a car with a promise that everything was covered under the warranty and yet they have had the car for months and it is not fixed yetThey claim that one of the transmission bearings is on backorder

I purchased a vehicle from Rimrock GMC on July 2, On August 3, I went to the DMV to see if my title paperwork was at the DMV as we were going to be moving out of stateIt was not there and the worker at the DMV told me I should have Rimrock send my title information to the county I was moving to instead of sending it thereI called Rimrock GMC that day and told them what the DMV had told meI was then transferred to the person who handles the title work, a message was leftI called on Monday August and left another message with on this person's voicemailMy temporary license expired on August 11, On this day we were finally able to get ahold of Jeremy S*** in the finance department, which he issued an extension for our temporary tag and stated they were working on "finding the title"I had called and left messages on multiple days following for "Ray" who is in charge of title workI called the DMV on August 22, and they informed me my title paperwork had

I bought a truck from this company in early September, I paid them over booking priceThis truck broke down on me days after getting it from the dealershipThey said that once I find out the problem they would help me pay, then once I found out the problem and tried to get help from them the kept giving me the run around saying there not available can we take a message and that went on for a week till I gave up and paid the 700$Here I am exactly days on my day temporary plates and unable to register it because they never sent the information to my DMVCurrently, my truck is sitting in my garage, I can't drive it anywhere because I need to get plates on it, but without any paperwork from the dealership I am unable to register my truckIve called them multiple, multiple times, and every time, they just give me the run aroundThey won't put a manager on the phone, or even the people that had helped me when purchasing this vehicleI just want to be able to register and driv

I bought a 535xi BMW from Rimrock March with the intention of having a car with decent low mileageIt was advertised as having 92xxx milesI have learned that since I bought the car which now has 104xxx miles on the odometer, that really it has 168xxx miles on itI found this out by having bought a laptop with the BMW software installed on it so I can do repairs or reset engine malfunction lightsI know it is possible to switch out the instrument cluster with one that has lower miles on it so it will show lower mileage than what it originally hadI'm in a bind here because I need some work done on the car that the extended warranty will cover but since I found out that the car has 55xxx plus miles than I originally bought it with, that I'm gonna get denied my warranty that I'm currently paying on through RimrockI don't know what to do or thinkAnything will help me out and thanks for your time

I bought a used vehicle from Rimrock GMC on 4/21/18, and purchased the SWAT installation as well The SWAT was never installed, I have called multiple times to have the installation done or to receive a refund They have not returned my phone calls or my emails My local county clerk has not revived the title either and the temporary license places expire in days I have requested another temporary license plate and I have not received a response about that either I have notified the company that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, and still have no response as of today

*** *** is incorrect on a number of issues including the following:The work was done on 5/19/16, not late fall/early summer. We were never contacted about a problem with the initial work that we did. He claims he called but cannot recall who he spoke to. We are staffed daily from 7:-
3:and answer all calls. We also keep a detailed call log every day and have no record of *** ** *** *** calling with an issue. If they had it would have been resolved the same day or at very worst, the next day. We are a year old family business that is all about customer service. If they had an issue, it would have been resolved immediately. They have been receiving a monthly statement with the amount owed for months and never once called to question the bill, complain about the work or make any type of payment. This is very strange.Regarding the "threatening" phone call. Phone calls have been made to *** *** for months asking for some type of payment, again with no response. The phone call he is referring to was made saying that we would be in the area on a Saturday morning and figuring that they would be home, we offered to stop by and pick up a check. Not threatening in any way Finally, *** ***'s claim that "flickering" lights still occurred after we left is also strange. The original scope of work entailed relocating an outlet in the master bath, resetting a circuit breaker, replacing a dimmer and adding an outlet in the dining room, nothing to do with flickering lights. A copy of the invoice is available if desired. The work asked for was completed, billed fairly with and customary charges and will not be reduced. The bill was for $and $was just paid. The balance of $is still due

Sold a Chevy Silverado High Country for $37,Have called and left messages for Tony L*** and Brandon B***Neither one has returned my call Want to know if they have paid off my lien of approximately $26,and when I will get my check for approximately $11,

About two months ago I purchased a new VW Jetta, and I can honestly say the entire process has been the worst car buying experience I have ever hadLooking at the cars, test driving, and choosing the one I wanted was all just fine as you’d expectThe first issues started when negotiations startedIt’s not uncommon for dealerships to try and be hard negotiators, but his was the first dealership I have ever talked to that actually tried to start negotiating about $2-thousand over MSRPAfter negotiating for a while, we finally actually got to a reasonable price and I purchased the vehicle By this time it was late into the night, and since the vehicle was no where near clean, and near empty on fuel, the dealer asked if I could come back tomorrow to get it cleaned and filled with gasI didn’t have an issue with it, so the following afternoon I stopped back by the dealershipWhen I arrived at the dealership I talked with the front desk person about what the dealer had offered the previous night, and after the guy acting like I was trying to steal from him gave me the tank of gas, but wouldn’t clean the carBy this time I had been there for at least half an hour, and honestly didn’t even care anymore as it’d be easier to clean it myselfBefore I left I also asked the guy if he had the address of the VW location to send the proof of insurance to, but he did not know and searched it on GoogleThe address he gave me turned out to be wrong when I finally got a letter from VW with the proper addressI honestly can’t believe that the dealership wouldn’t even know the address to send proof of insurance to, but at least VW got it figured outThe following day I got around to cleaning the car and found that the dealership had sold the car to me with a chip in the windshieldBy this time it was already the weekend so I did not have a chance to get back to the dealership to talk to themOver the weekend when I was driving to work the windshield crackedEarly the following week I called the dealer that sold me the car to let him know about the damage, and he said he would talk to his managerI ended up having to call him back several times over the next few days before I got a response when he finally told me to call the dealership and ask for one person specificallyI called back and asked for that person, and mentioned what happenedHe said he’d look into it, but a few more days go by and I call him back, to have him tell me that he could not justify replacing the windshield as too much time had passed since purchasing the vehicleHe did mention that he was willing to replace the windshield at cost, and honestly I took that as an insultAs far as I was concerned he had basically told me that he did not believe me, but was willing to at least not make a profit off of me to make me go awayIf not replacing the windshield for free, as any good dealership would have done, the dealership should have at least offered to split the cost of the windshieldThe only question I have is with as much as they avoided cleaning the car if they actually knew the damage was there to begin with and knowingly sold me the damaged carSo if want my opinion, only buy from this dealership if you are ok with a dealership trying to overcharge you, and when something goes wrong pass you around for over a week until they can argue you didn’t tell them soon enoughJust know that I will never do business with any Rimrock dealership again, even if that means trading the Jetta in on a new Toyota if the Jetta ever needs maintenance a ndealership can’t perform

I wouldn't recommend this dealershipMy husband saw an advertisement for a Ford Escape and he inquired about itA sales person called repeatedly trying to negotiate a dealMy husband decided to ride along with a friend to BillingsAfter a test drive, my husband asked many questions, was the vehicle ever in an accident, was there a manufacturer warranty? He was assured this vehicle had a very comprehensive service check and everything was greatBuyer beware none of this was in writing and it did come with an As Is sticker The Autocheck was not very clear and my husband missed it had been in a minor accidentWe are senior citizens and our eyes aren't what they used to beI was not with him
My husband was given a loaner AFTER he paid for the carHe wouldn't have bought it if he had known it was not going to be in his possessionHis friend had left after he purchased the carWe live miles from dealershipHe came home without the car he had just purchasedThis was on Monday the 26th of NovemberWe were told the serpentine belt needed to be replaced along with a noisy pulley and that is why he could not take the car he had purchasedWe were told it would be taken care of through the manufacturer's warrantyWe received our car delivered on that FridayWe returned the loaner and finally took possession of our carIt ran fineWe had to travel that weekend and did not start the car again until Monday 12/04/It started right up, then the cabin filled with smokeOf course my husband shut it off immediatelyHe opened the hood and found a busted serpentine belt, was it just replaced? Who knowsWe then had to have it towed to *** Ford ( Great company by the way) It sat for a couple of days and we had sub zero weatherIt froze, someone had added water to the antifreezeThis voided manufacturers warranty!! Improper fluidsRimrock had stated cooling system had been serviced in August of this yearWho knows? All we know is we feel we were knowingly and deceptively misleadWe are retired and live twenty miles from town, so car dependantWe are extremely disappointed with Rim rock GMC CadillacThe salesman has been extremely rude and does not want any communication with us

Bought a Nissan Xterra from Rimrock Kia, As is, on September 3, 2016, which we received on September Within a few weeks, the heater wasn't working properly On November 28, the vehicle had smoke come out and engine had essentially blown upOur mechanic said there was no anti-freeze in the vehicle, but there was oil where the anti-freeze should beI spoke with Jacob S***, GM at the time, to see if he could do anythingHe said he would do the repairs at cost He gave the quote of total cost of parts and service of $including the engine which I could procure cheaper than he mentionedWhen I told him that, he raised the labor about $(*detailed estimate available)I decided to have the local mechanic do the work However, he couldn't get to the vehicle until April Upon lifting the engine out of the vehicle, he found that the radiator was completely ruined and possibly the transmission too We learned at this time that there had been a major class-action lawsu

I bought a truck from rimrock GMC in December of which was actually a pleasant experienceSince then I have had nothing but problems with all dealings that I have had with the dealershipThe reason I am writing this review is to inform others of my current situationWhen I purchased my truck I also bought the gap insurance and service contract with itI ended up paying my truck of in September of and obviously didn't need the gap insurance anymore at which time I also decided I was going to cancel the service contract I had purchasedAfter looking the paperwork over I saw I needed to go to the dealership with the payoff letter I received from the lender and a picture of my current odometer readingSo on October 18th I went to the dealership with all required documents I meet with the finance manager and told her what I was there to doAfter giving somewhat of hard time asking me to explain why I wanted to cancel she reluctantly filled out the paperwork and assured me she would submit it the next day but it would be about three months before I received my refundI wasn't happy about the time frame to begin with because it doesn't make sense to me that filing one piece of paper and a picture could possibly take three months but I figured it is what it isThen I started looking online and seeing that most reputable dealerships issue those checks within daysSo on December 5th I started calling the finance department asking what was going on with it and why does it take so longThe answer I kept getting was that's just how long the process takes and there is nothing they could doOn January 14th I had finally had enough and went in to the dealership again and asked to talk to the general manager of the dealershipWhen I told him what was going on he took all of my information down and told me he would get me an answerNow today January 17th I get a call from the women that handles the paperwork for the cancelations telling me that she never received my notice of cancelation from the finance manager and that I would have to submit another form just like the one I filled out three months priorNow had I not kept the original picture of my odometer from the 18th of October or my payoff letter from the lender I would not have been able to complete the paperwork today and my refund would have had to have been filed for January 17th and my current odometer reading which is about 3,miles more then it wasNow this refund is issued based on mileage and time the policy was in affectSo it would have cost me a few hundred extra dollarsThis situation was completely miss handled and the worst part is my gut is telling me the finance manager did this on purpose to try and screw me out of money they owed me and keep it in their pocketsNeedless to say I will never buy another vehicle from a rimrock auto group owned dealership and I will tell everyone I know who is thinking of purchasing from there not to

We took our Suburban to Rimrock Auto service department on Thursday, April on behalf of our mother, ***Our appointment was at 3pm to have them check the fans because it sounded like an airplane taking off inside the vehicle when either the air conditioning, heat, or fan was onOriginally our car was at their service department on Friday, April and the air filters were changed so we assumed that this had something to do with the new sound
They found leaves were left in the air handling system when the air filter was replaced and were able to resolve this issue
Upon completion of removing the leaves, our car was run through their automated car wash in spite of the fact that we had been promised on several occasions that they would personally hand wash our car if we ever brought it to their lot
It turns out their automatic car wash had been broken and they thought it was now so fixed so they decided to give it a go on our Suburbanit wasn't fixed and our car came

2/Put deposit down on a vehicleOffered to pay cash on Advertised price
2/Purchased air fare ticket to fly in an pick up car
2/I received an emailing stating they sold the car
2/Spoke to owner in email and said she would return my deposit and reimburse my air fare $
a few days later I received my deposit back, but no air fare
2/I ran VIN on vehicle and noticed the car was not sold to an individual , but was relocated to another dealership
and priced considerably higher
I then contacted GM complaint departmentI believe this has upset the owner
who has yet to reimburse my air fare and now refuses to pay
Rimrock Auto Group has a fiduciary responsibility to sell me the vehicle with the deal I made in good Faith
The least they could do is reimburse my airfare

I am writing with hopes that your office may be able to assist us in an issue we are having with Rimrock GMC Cadillac in Billings Montana We purchased a car from them for our son on August 22nd I began the process of paying the sales tax and getting licences plates on September 10th as our son is away at college and we wanted to get him the plates before the temporary expired We have tried multiple times to reach someone in regards to sending the clerks office the needed paper work When you call you get an automated system that sends you to a voicemail box that is unable to accept messages We have tried going through the sales department to get transferred to either the financial department or the General Manager Sometimes we are able to leave a message and again sometimes it is a mailbox that can't accept messages Our clerks office was able to reach a real person on Thursday, September She explained the circumstances and was told they would overnight
