I purchased a vehicle from Rimrock GMC on July 2, On August 3, I went to the DMV to see if my title paperwork was at the DMV as we were going to be moving out of stateIt was not there and the worker at the DMV told me I should have Rimrock send my title information to the county I was moving to instead of sending it thereI called Rimrock GMC that day and told them what the DMV had told meI was then transferred to the person who handles the title work, a message was leftI called on Monday August and left another message with on this person's voicemailMy temporary license expired on August 11, On this day we were finally able to get ahold of Jeremy S [redacted] in the finance department, which he issued an extension for our temporary tag and stated they were working on "finding the title"I had called and left messages on multiple days following for "Ray" who is in charge of title workI called the DMV on August 22, and they informed me my title paperwork had

Bought a Nissan Xterra from Rimrock Kia, As is, on September 3, 2016, which we received on September Within a few weeks, the heater wasn't working properly On November 28, the vehicle had smoke come out and engine had essentially blown upOur mechanic said there was no anti-freeze in the vehicle, but there was oil where the anti-freeze should beI spoke with Jacob S***, GM at the time, to see if he could do anythingHe said he would do the repairs at cost He gave the quote of total cost of parts and service of $including the engine which I could procure cheaper than he mentionedWhen I told him that, he raised the labor about $(*detailed estimate available)I decided to have the local mechanic do the work However, he couldn't get to the vehicle until April Upon lifting the engine out of the vehicle, he found that the radiator was completely ruined and possibly the transmission too We learned at this time that there had been a major class-action lawsu

2/Put deposit down on a vehicleOffered to pay cash on Advertised price 2/Purchased air fare ticket to fly in an pick up car 2/I received an emailing stating they sold the car 2/Spoke to owner in email and said she would return my deposit and reimburse my air fare $ a few days later I received my deposit back, but no air fare 2/I ran VIN on vehicle and noticed the car was not sold to an individual , but was relocated to another dealership and priced considerably higher I then contacted GM complaint departmentI believe this has upset the owner who has yet to reimburse my air fare and now refuses to pay Rimrock Auto Group has a fiduciary responsibility to sell me the vehicle with the deal I made in good Faith The least they could do is reimburse my airfare

I bought a truck from this company in early September, I paid them over booking priceThis truck broke down on me days after getting it from the dealershipThey said that once I find out the problem they would help me pay, then once I found out the problem and tried to get help from them the kept giving me the run around saying there not available can we take a message and that went on for a week till I gave up and paid the 700$Here I am exactly days on my day temporary plates and unable to register it because they never sent the information to my DMVCurrently, my truck is sitting in my garage, I can't drive it anywhere because I need to get plates on it, but without any paperwork from the dealership I am unable to register my truckIve called them multiple, multiple times, and every time, they just give me the run aroundThey won't put a manager on the phone, or even the people that had helped me when purchasing this vehicleI just want to be able to register and driv

I bought a truck from rimrock GMC in December of which was actually a pleasant experienceSince then I have had nothing but problems with all dealings that I have had with the dealershipThe reason I am writing this review is to inform others of my current situationWhen I purchased my truck I also bought the gap insurance and service contract with itI ended up paying my truck of in September of and obviously didn't need the gap insurance anymore at which time I also decided I was going to cancel the service contract I had purchasedAfter looking the paperwork over I saw I needed to go to the dealership with the payoff letter I received from the lender and a picture of my current odometer readingSo on October 18th I went to the dealership with all required documents I meet with the finance manager and told her what I was there to doAfter giving somewhat of hard time asking me to explain why I wanted to cancel she reluctantly filled out the paperwork and assured me she would submit it the next day but it would be about three months before I received my refundI wasn't happy about the time frame to begin with because it doesn't make sense to me that filing one piece of paper and a picture could possibly take three months but I figured it is what it isThen I started looking online and seeing that most reputable dealerships issue those checks within daysSo on December 5th I started calling the finance department asking what was going on with it and why does it take so longThe answer I kept getting was that's just how long the process takes and there is nothing they could doOn January 14th I had finally had enough and went in to the dealership again and asked to talk to the general manager of the dealershipWhen I told him what was going on he took all of my information down and told me he would get me an answerNow today January 17th I get a call from the women that handles the paperwork for the cancelations telling me that she never received my notice of cancelation from the finance manager and that I would have to submit another form just like the one I filled out three months priorNow had I not kept the original picture of my odometer from the 18th of October or my payoff letter from the lender I would not have been able to complete the paperwork today and my refund would have had to have been filed for January 17th and my current odometer reading which is about 3,miles more then it wasNow this refund is issued based on mileage and time the policy was in affectSo it would have cost me a few hundred extra dollarsThis situation was completely miss handled and the worst part is my gut is telling me the finance manager did this on purpose to try and screw me out of money they owed me and keep it in their pocketsNeedless to say I will never buy another vehicle from a rimrock auto group owned dealership and I will tell everyone I know who is thinking of purchasing from there not to

I purchased a Subaru imprezza sit used with 52,milesWhen I purchased the vehicle I was told if I got there extended warranty then everything was coveredAfter having the car for only months I noticed that the car had an oil consumption issue and had a noise in the transmissionI dropped off the car at Rimrock Kia to get fixed January 8th of this yearTo this day they still do not have parts ordered or an estimated repair dateI was sold a car with a promise that everything was covered under the warranty and yet they have had the car for months and it is not fixed yetThey claim that one of the transmission bearings is on backorder

I wouldn't recommend this dealershipMy husband saw an advertisement for a Ford Escape and he inquired about itA sales person called repeatedly trying to negotiate a dealMy husband decided to ride along with a friend to BillingsAfter a test drive, my husband asked many questions, was the vehicle ever in an accident, was there a manufacturer warranty? He was assured this vehicle had a very comprehensive service check and everything was greatBuyer beware none of this was in writing and it did come with an As Is sticker The Autocheck was not very clear and my husband missed it had been in a minor accidentWe are senior citizens and our eyes aren't what they used to beI was not with him My husband was given a loaner AFTER he paid for the carHe wouldn't have bought it if he had known it was not going to be in his possessionHis friend had left after he purchased the carWe live miles from dealershipHe came home without the car he had just purchasedThis was on Monday the 26th of NovemberWe were told the serpentine belt needed to be replaced along with a noisy pulley and that is why he could not take the car he had purchasedWe were told it would be taken care of through the manufacturer's warrantyWe received our car delivered on that FridayWe returned the loaner and finally took possession of our carIt ran fineWe had to travel that weekend and did not start the car again until Monday 12/04/It started right up, then the cabin filled with smokeOf course my husband shut it off immediatelyHe opened the hood and found a busted serpentine belt, was it just replaced? Who knowsWe then had to have it towed to [redacted]  Ford ( Great company by the way) It sat for a couple of days and we had sub zero weatherIt froze, someone had added water to the antifreezeThis voided manufacturers warranty!! Improper fluidsRimrock had stated cooling system had been serviced in August of this yearWho knows? All we know is we feel we were knowingly and deceptively misleadWe are retired and live twenty miles from town, so car dependantWe are extremely disappointed with Rim rock GMC CadillacThe salesman has been extremely rude and does not want any communication with us
