The issue was the plow damage that was addressed and fixThe stones where added at customers requestThe black jack edging was also fixedThis customer keeps bring up the landscaping work with the "hefty" price tag?? Landscaping work was completed close to a year ago with no issues or problemsWeeds will grow back for many reasons, to much water, the way you cut your lawn(no bag), the way the carries your neighbors grass clipping when he/she mows there lawn Blackjacj edging will also move for many reasons, such as to much water in one area/part Business is business and this isn't personal I have hundreds of customers that love us but I also have had a few that it didn't work out withI have refunded money, replaced shrubs, made apologize and shook hands. Here's what I'm willing to doI will send *** a check for $ If this doesn't resolve the issue than so be it If the Revdex.com decides to lower my rating?, so be itI can only control the controllableAs stated in previous email, I'm not comfortable stepping foot on this customers residence This entire issue has nothing to due with the "hefty" landscape bill but it seems like squabbling over spilled milk. Thanks, *** ***

This customers first complaint to me was about damage caused by our snowplowing service on her propertyThis consisted of dislodging of the blackjack edging(closet to the driveway) and river rock tailings(stone)This was addressed once our season ended on April 1st. I personally went there
with an employee and repaired the blackjack edging and than went back and applied two buckets of tailings stone a few weeks later.. I thought everything was fine than customer sent me an epic email complaining of the actual snowplowing service, landscaping service, the price she paid for all services and than called me a liar (via email) concerning the issue of giving her more tailings stone... I followed up to this customers email with my own email to her saying "I'm 100% finished dealing with her and her accusations" I explained she could contact whomever she wanted to and thus the complaint to the Revdex.comAt this point its simply time to move onI am not comfortable speaking to, yet alone stepping foot on this customers property.. Please adviseThanks, *** *** KAP Landscaping LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI did not call Mr*** a liar. I told him, "good try." If he did indeed added more stones, he didn't add many because I see no difference. When I said stone was not added, I was referring to the 4" limestone boulders that were originally there. As for the blackjack edging, I was referring to all the other areas that are coming apart. The part of the blackjack edging where they plow tore it from the ground was pounded back in which forced another area to come apart. I faxed to the Revdex.com all emails that I have in my possession to and from Mr***. I also emailed to the Revdex.com the same pictures I emailed to Mr*** showing him where the repairs were needed. On both the fax and email I asked that they be given to ***, Complaint HandlerAs evidenced by the emails, Mr*** has made this a personal issue as opposed to a business relationship. He has made snide remarks, even in his response to the Revdex.com calling my email "epic." In his own words on one of his emails to me he states that he loses 10-customers per year which doesn't bode well for the reputation of his companyI have tried to have patience and be fair, but enough is enough. I let go of the fact that KAP did not remove the weeds and grass between my arborvitae bushes before placing the mulch down (pictures sent). In less than two weeks after they finished I had a lot of weeds and grass back between the bushes. Their answer to that was to come and throw some Preen down of which they put it on the invoice (copy also faxed to Revdex.com) as being free. They also planted a Blue Fescue in the front yard and the bottom half was dead and brown. They told me, again, not to worry that it would come back. Well, it did not. I paid a hefty landscaping bill to them of $2,and in some instances I'm no better off after hiring them. I have to remove all the grass and weeds myself and replace the Blue Fescue because it all looks ridiculousFrom my first complaint on, Mr*** wanted to end the business relationship. I do not have a problem with ending our business relationship, but I respectfully request that the following repairs be made: (1) 4" limestone boulders be replaced to their original state around the light pole; (2) the weed barrier underneath the rocks which was torn by the plow be replaced; (3) the two broken wood stakes on the edge of my front lawn and driveway be removed and grass repaired; and (4) the blackjack edging in various spots in the front and back yards be repaired according to the pictures. Since I have been trying for several months to get the repairs completed from the damage that KAP caused with their plow that maybe they should also replace the Blue Fescue and remove all the grass and weeds that they were supposed to do last year, of which I paid an enormous amount of money for labor ($1,822.50). Like I said earlier, in some areas of my yard I am no better off than before I hired them so I would have less maintenanceI am perplexed at Mr***'s statement that he is "not comfortable speaking to, let alone stepping foot on this customers property." I have not threatened Mr*** in any way, shape or form. I am taking away from that statement that he has no intentions of making the repairs. I would say to Mr*** that it's not time to move on, I feel it's time to do what's right and fix the damages. I feel I am within my rights to have the above repaired. Over the last two years I have given KAP $2,for their services and products and feel I haven't gotten my money's worth.... Regards, *** ***
