On August 11, 2016 Mr. [redacted] came into Venous Systems, Inc. and presented a prescription for CUSTOM-MADE KNEE HIGH COMPRESSION STOCKINGS from his physician. Upon proceeding to measure this customer at the time he came into our store, he stated, "he needed them" after he was given the cost of the...
CUSTOM MADE COMPRESISON GARMENTS. He authorized us to go ahead and send the order in to the manufacturer and produce his order. The very next day after the order was faxed in to the manufacturer Mr. [redacted] called us and wanted to cancel the order. Upon this request we have signs ALL OVER our store that there is a 25% fee of any order being cancelled or returned especially if its custom made to this customers measurements. Once a patient has been measured for custom made garments they really are not refundable or returnable and he did PRESENT A PRESCRIPTION for them. We offered to reduce that fee from 95,64 to $40.00.
