On August 11, Mr [redacted] came into Venous Systems, Incand presented a prescription for CUSTOM-MADE KNEE HIGH COMPRESSION STOCKINGS from his physicianUpon proceeding to measure this customer at the time he came into our store, he stated, "he needed them" after he was given the cost of the CUSTOM MADE COMPRESISON GARMENTSHe authorized us to go ahead and send the order in to the manufacturer and produce his orderThe very next day after the order was faxed in to the manufacturer Mr [redacted] called us and wanted to cancel the orderUpon this request we have signs ALL OVER our store that there is a 25% fee of any order being cancelled or returned especially if its custom made to this customers measurementsOnce a patient has been measured for custom made garments they really are not refundable or returnable and he did PRESENT A PRESCRIPTION for themWe offered to reduce that fee from 95,to $We have left several messages for this customer to come back in so that we may credit this accountWe thank you for the opportunity to discuss this matterSincerely, Eleni B [redacted] , President
