they were turned down by their bank and other normal sources. We normally do not undertake a small deal like this but his consultant convince us that a larger deal would follow. We submitted a package to our lender that would advance a line based on their credit card sales (that's how they get paid). When we requested an update of their financials, they actually had loses instead of profit. They claim that they prepaid expenditures to reduce their tax liabilities. This was not told to us until we confronted them. They said they would be profitable by the 2nd quarter of 2015. Most of what the company is saying is true. We never made any misrepresentations. We were very clear and transparent when we gave ALL of our financial info to them. Throughout the process they said that we had gotten approved, but we never did. The process was drawn out for a year and they never delivered. We would like our money back. Thank you.
