Hello, While I definitely understand [redacted] position, upon reviewing all information there is nothing that can be done as he did break his contract and was unable to find someone to move in to his apartment, which was his best option as agreed upon and outlined in the letter We are passionate about providing the best customer service possible and attempted to helpUnfortunately, in the interest of maintaining fair and consistent business practices, we must uphold the contract and as such hold him responsible for defaulting on the contract We have spoken with and emailed [redacted] and he understands Because the amount is quite large, we gladly offered to create a payment plan for him to ease the financial strain We have not yet heard back from him regarding this option We are still willing to set up a payment plan for [redacted] Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.Thank you, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

We do not own *** ***This was sold in FebThe resident needs to reach out to the current management company, *** *** *** Please remove this from our files as it does not have to do with Venterra Realty

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The lease terms you are referencing do not state a day notice requirement and instead only mentions a day prior written noticeThe sentence following the colon states the lease shall terminate days from the date indicated in the aforementioned written notice and can be interpreted to mean the date the written notice was givenThere is more than one date indicated on the written notice formIt is disappointing that a resident for such a long tenure that has complied with all the rules does not have their concerns addressedThis may well be the reason the complex attracts residents who break gates and conduct other illegal actionsMy complaint will remain open until the issue is resolvedAt the very least it will warn others who are considering making this their home

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me., Many items have already been corrected and the power washing company and the granite repair company are scheduled. I even say the mana**r and a repair person inspecting the draina** issue to elevate the draina** issue which causes my patio to take on water. They are also making adjustments deleting the upgrade appliances and wood floors. I accept their response feeling good that all items will be corrected as promised. The apartment complex was even so kind as to provide dinner out at *** ***l as a kind **sture. Things happen, however it is how a business addresses the concerns of their customer that separates the good businesses from the bad. Great response and follow up by this companyThank you, *** ***

Good Afternoon Cynthia, I would like to start by saying thank you for your long tenure with us, your satisfaction means a great deal to all of us at *** *We recently received corresponded from the Revdex.com regarding a few of your concerns in reference to your move out notice
responsibilities which were detailed in your renewal letter dated 5/9/17. The renewal letter detailed the terms of your lease which included your lease end date of 8/2/2017, the date which we expected notice if you decided to relocate away from *** * which was 6/3/17, and included a reminder detailing if a day notice was not provided by you the terms of the lease would be set to a month to month rate of $and become effective on 8/3/2017. Paragraph of your lease agreement; TERMS, details that a written notice of this lease is required by either party to terminate this Lease at it's expiration date. If notice of termination is not given this lease will automatically renew on a month to month basis until either party gives at least days prior written notice to the other party; this lease shall terminate days from the date indicated in the notice or such later date designated in the notice. While we understand your frustrations with the legalities of the lease extension the details are clearly outlined on your lease agreement and then again on the renewal letter, at this time we will enforce the lease agreement which was agreed upon between yourself and *** *

Good Afternoon Cynthia,Again, we thank you for your long tenure with usConcerning the notice required for your lease contract, which expires on August 2, 2017, both your renewal letter and your lease contract itself advised that a day notice was required if you were going to move out From your Renewal Letter: "Your present current lease will expire on August 2, Should you decide to relocate away from *** * you must give us written notice on or before June 3, which is days before your current lease end date."From your Lease Contract: Paragraph 2, Term:"...,a written notice of at least the number of days indicated in Section 1.j of this Lease is required by either party to terminate this Lease at its stated expiration dateIf notice of termination is not given at least the number of days indicated in Section 1.j of this Lease prior to the stated expiration date, this Lease will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until either party gives at least days prior written notice to the other; in which case, the Lease shall terminate days from the daye indicated in the notice or such later date designated in the notice." Sectin 1.j:"Standard Notice Period (unless otherwise defined in this Lease): is days prior to end of Lease Term."I understand your frustration with the situation, however the lease contract is a legally binding document that must be honored and ample notice of the required day notice was delivered The days you cite in your response refers to when the original lease has become a month-to-month leaseFor all month-to-month contracts, a notice period of days is required However, while your lease contract is in effect, a day notice must be given At this time, our decision remains that we will stand by the tenets of the Lease Contract, as written and signed, between you and *** * Apartments
