Review: I ordered an 8 volt DC adapter as a replacement part for the Lime Pro Equipment stationary bike sold by this company. The service person I spoke to also promised to send me an instruction manual via email. In return, I promised to pay Vento North America $25, which I did. Over one week has gone by and I have neither seen nor heard from this company. When I try to call them on the phone to ask what the problem is, why I have received no emails, nor any packages via Federal Express as I was promised, no one responds. I simply get placed on hold, or someone picks up and does not speak (which is even more irritating).Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the part I ordered, was promised, and that I paid for. However, if the company is unable to deliver on its end of the deal, I would at least like to get my money back.
