I am complaining about a VENTRON MANAGEMENT LLC property -Stone Ridge at the Vining's-3000 Cumberland Club Drive, Atlanta, GA XXXXX. There is a case of false advertisement. There was an advertisement for a $199 move in special one posted on 11/15/2016-ended on 11/24, and 11/22/2016-ended on 12/1. I called and left a message and filled out a complaint on the site per the later special not being honored. The property manager called me with the agent who's name was listed on both advertisements on the phone(on speaker),very unprofessional. He initial asked how he could make this right. Then he explained that he was extending the 1st deal on a case by case bases. However, extending a special per an apartment not being available, has nothing to do with them posting the special two separate times. To my understanding if you are working internally with a potential resident waiting on an available apartment, there is no need to post a new special on line. That leaves a bad taste in potential residents mouth. Also the excuse that they use several different websites to advertise is NOT except able. The website used and the information displayed should be managed. Especially when its a difference in paying 199 VS 1140 for the first month of rent. Below is the advertisement in question:
