I contacted Ventry Concrete Contracting because I have been watching these hardworking guys work in my area. Michael Ventry, Jr. answered the called and was very professional and polite on the phone. I told him I wanted my driveway done and he was here on my property in half an hour. He was so knowledgeable and very pleasant to talked with and he listened to what I had to say. He measured everything that I wanted to get done and give me a price and I signed the contract the same evening. When they came to do my job the owners of the company, Dad Ventry, Mike Jr, and Phil was on site with their hardworking crew, I watched these guys work so hard to get the job done. Phil keep measuring and measuring to get things right and I was very much impressed by this, the guy knows his stuff. They truly care about their work and wants the customer to be pleased. They did an outstanding job with my driveway and I had lots of compliments from family, friends and neighbor. I would call them again for any job I may have and would highly recommend them. We signed a contract with Ventry back in 2020 to have a driveway done in 2021. I planned everything out with Ron, and even called in the spring of 2021 to double check on things. They couldn't give me an exact date due to weather issues that may push them back, which I understood. I contacted Ron again later (around July) to check up on things because I was leaving on a vacation soon, Ron referred me to Mike. I contacted Mike, gave him the address I was talking about and never heard back from him after.
This is unacceptable, I had a signed contract. This had such a ripple effect on my family, my daughter was getting her license and we needed a bigger driveway because we cannot park on the street in the winter. Very unprofessional.

When I called around for quotes Ventry was right in line with all the other concrete, however based on word of mouth I had them come and it was amazingThey told me they would be a few weeks out from getting me on the schedule which was fine, and after a rain storm they took the time to call me and let me know they would be starting the following weekThey came and formed my garage pad, driveway, back patio, front walk, and front porch all in a dayThe following day their crew poured everythingNot only was the work fabulous but the crew was super professional and absolutely a joy to work withThey even went out of their way to make it work for my kids and dog to be able to play in the backyardWe would absolutely use Ventry again and recommend to anyone!
