Poor service
Ventura owns and distributes certain ota tv shows. Constantly goes off air at least once a week for hours sometime all day. Many times twice a wek. Right in middle of program its black screen rest of day. They need fcc fine and give programs to competent carriers.

Mr [redacted] purchased a new Maytag washer from us on 3/19/He picked up the washer himself new in boxHe acknowledged this fact himself when he came to the store months passed the manufacturers warrantyHe did receive the wrong information from the call center as we told himDespite the fact that the washer was out of warranty, the manufacturers representative was gracious enough to authorize an exchange On 7/20/Mr [redacted] picked out another washer of his choice and we agreed to deliver it on Saturday 7/22/free of charge and pithe non-working unit Before the delivery date he cancelled the transaction and demanded cash refundWe told him that the demand he was making was unreasonable after months of use We told him that he can get the new machine at no cost to him or repair his existing machine at no cost to him We think that our offer is very generousShould Mr [redacted] make a decision on the manufacturer's offer they we will still honor itHowever the offer will expire on the last day of August

Mr [redacted] purchased the 65" TV on 10/4/and took it home with himIt was the last one we had and it was priced accordingly The TV was connected to our antenna in the store and in working conditionOn 10/11/Mr [redacted] came back to the store to let us know that the antenna connection is broken We made arrangements with the manufacturer's authorized service center to check the TV .The technician went out on 10/14/and checked the TV and ordered the replacement part We have been in contact with the Service center and Mr***The part will be installed upon arrival

The Information Mr [redacted] has is incorrectHe can contact Whirlpool corporation [redacted] *** Att: Whirlpool Executive team The washer he has is months passed the Manufacturers warrantyHowever as we stated before, We still stand by our offer of replacing it for another washer at no cost to him, or repair the existing one at no cost to himThis is a very generous offer considering the washer is passed the year warranty period and that he has used it for months

Before the delivery date he cancelled the transaction and demanded cash refund. We told him that the demand he was making was unreasonable after 16 months of use.
We told him that he can get the new machine at no cost to him or repair his existing machine at no cost to him.
We think that our offer is very generous. Should Mr. [redacted] make a decision on the manufacturer's offer they we will still honor it. However the offer will expire on the last day of August 2017.

I am rejecting this response because: Very disturbing how the General Manager Mr. [redacted] is portraying me has the bad guy and how I am being unreasonable and his company supplier is being so gracious. On July 27,2017, Carol from whirlpool leaves me a measage stating I had received wrong information. That the information I received was based on wash machine model. This is the same day I telling Mr. [redacted] that my machine has a serial number and that its in the data base and data base shows I bought a used unit. Mr. [redacted] refuses to acknowledge that fact and places blame on manufacturer and that if he give me my money back then manurfacture has to reimburse him. I told him that day, that makes zero sense. I gave you the money not manurfacture. See greed is why were here and it is greed that is causing Mr. [redacted] to continue to make excuses in not returning my money for saling me a used unit as a new unit for top dollar. I verified one more time with whirlpool on August 28,2017. That my wash machine was sold to me as a used unit. Mr. [redacted] would like for that data base not to exist, but as of August 28, 2017 it still exist. I toke it one step furture and even spoke and confirmed with one of the companies that had worked on the machine prior to my purchase. The data I have received by whirlpool is correct. Mr. [redacted] in his statement stated I demanded my money back, which I never did. Only stating that I am not asking you for $519 millon and that I did not understand how he would put company in such a position for $519 dollar. He just kept placing blame on manufacturer. I am going close with Mr. [redacted] want to hold on to 4 months over warrenty and refuses to acknowledge the same data I have received by whirlpool. Mr. [redacted] is penny wise and pound folish. He's not being transparent. Greed. I am not the only customer he and his company has done this too. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.                  [redacted]

The washer he has is 6 months passed the Manufacturers warranty. However as we stated before, We still stand by our offer of replacing it for another washer at no cost to him, or repair the existing one at no cost to him. This is a very generous offer considering the washer is passed the 1 year warranty period  and that he has used it for 18 months
