No ma’am .. I have called 2x’s a week since the 1st week in January. The receptionist L[redacted] always puts me on hold for a M[redacted]. Spoke with him once and he claims no message was ever given to him about the “Pole” and said the maintenance dept should be handling this .. ...
D**, I believe was his name. Went last Friday SaturdayAnd Sunday to swap flowers and NO POLE even spoke with 2 other people looking as well. Woodlawn needs to place poles at every entrance to the mausoleums ATTACH THEM TO EVERY WALL so THEY CAN BE FOUND!!! Not every family member is buried in the GROUND. Some are 2 Stories high and DESERVE RESPECT
