complaint. If this is a dispute for earnest money however, an agent cannot refund earnest money.
Only the holder of the earnest money can release it with the approval of all parties in writing. That is the law. We do not hold any earnest money at Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri. With regard to the listing practices, I was not the listing agent in question, so I do not believe that my practices were deceptive. I can only answer for
myself or my team. Jayma is no longer a team member and now works in Oklahoma. Thank you.

It is evident that [redacted] did not read the complaint and answered it from her perspective. I never made the claim that [redacted] was the listing agent. [redacted] was the listing agent, working for Keller Williams. Mr. [redacted] wrote and approved the listing advertising and by listing Keller Williams on said advertising, implicates them to make sure that the advertising is accurate.
This complaint needs to be submitted to [redacted] for his response to the following questions:
1)Where was the Castle range that was listed on your original 2015 listing?
2)If said range was not present, why did you advertise that it was?
3)What constituted the fourth bedroom and did it conform with normal real estate descriptions of a bedroom?
4)After my move-out on 2/1/16, your new listing sheet (and internet listings) removed the phrase "(upper kitchen includes 6 burner castle range, griddle and double oven)". If your 2015 listing was accurate, why did you change the listing?
On February 27, 2016, we received auto-notifications from both Realtor.com and Trulia.com that stated that changes had been made in listings for the property at [redacted] Please note that the property is now listed as a "3 bedrooms, 3 baths". Of particular interest, is that in the "Features" section of the Realtor.com listing, dimensions for a fourth bedroom are listed. Upon seeing this, I stopped by the property to see if the listing flyer had been changed. It also now lists the property as "3 bedrooms, 3 baths".
5)What has changed in the past month to cause [redacted] to change their listing from four bedrooms to three bedrooms?
6)If the initial listing from 2015 was accurate, why is the new listing changed?

That is why I responded with regard to the listing and the earnest money. If this complaint is against
