? Mrs [redacted] called 1-6-@ 4:for a service callShe was told at that time the call would be on overtime @ hour with hour minimumShe said to send someone out.? [redacted] was dispatched at 4:As she stated she said the system ran and would not shut off even when she turned it off at thermostatShe took [redacted] to thermostatHe said thermostat was set @ degrees and thermostat showed degressHe turned thermostat down degrees, system cycled offShe was standing there watching him and feeling the air out of the registerHe turned it back up and it came on blew out heated airShe felt thisHe turned it down again and it cycled offShe was still checking at registerHe pulled the thermostat off the wall and checked the wiringIt was between the wall plate and wallHe told her it might be pinched and he could shorten up the wires and install them correctlyShe said NO and that was not the problemHe put the thermostat back on and asked her to? show him? to the furnaceShe said NOHe cycled the thermostat four more timesIt worked each timeHe asked her again to look at the furnace to check filterShe said NO and told him he was doneShe would never allow him to finish his diagnosticsHe gave her a bill and collected a checkThe whole time he was there the customer was very rude and short with himShe complained several times to him about our rates and that she would not call us again, she would get someone cheaperShe even asked him how much he made and if she could just pay him and not go through the companyHe told her no, that he doesn't do thatI think she thought that when he got there he had it working after cycling the thermostatShe did not like our rate and wanted him out as soon as it worked, not allowing him to finishThe next morning [redacted] told me what had happenend and that he had never experienced anyghting like it beforeEighteen days later she calls meShe was rude and the first thing she said was she called for us to look at her furnace and [redacted] refused to look at itSince I knew this was not true I cut her off and told her she would not allow him to look at itI told her he asked twice and she refusedI said this was her fault and not oursI then told her that she would not allow him to do his job and then she wants her money backI told her? I did not need customers like thisDo not call us againShe started back in with another untrue statement, I cut her off and told her I was doneDo not call us againThen thankyou and good-byeShe called back, did not want to talk to me, talked to my wifeShe told her [redacted] had been here over years and that we trusted himThis lady has been rude, untruthful, and quite frankly tring to cheat us from the startI will not refund any money to her or do any further work for herI feel she should be charged additional for our time wasted on? her untruthfull accusationsI have allways been able to work? out any? problems with our custemers, I have allways been fair with them, but this time I will not be cheated.?
