Review: Bought a motorcycle from them on 6/17/13 have been waiting over 4 months for my paperwork/pink slip I continually get the run around from them telling me that I will have paperwork in a few days yet they do not do anything now they will not return my calls nor have I received any ownership papers.Desired Settlement: I would like my pink slip, registration, plates and tags

Response:
All paperwork has been completed now. The hold up was not from us but from the Estate and Auction with which the motorcycle was obtained. The estate handling the title lagged in handing the title over to the auction house whom sold the motorcycle. As soon as we received the paperwork we processed it within 2 days. It should also be noted that we had paid for the motorcycle the day we received it from the Auction and this entire issue was from the estate management. This is an unfortunate but common practice from estate managers.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from ZSi/Ventura motor works 0n 02/01/2013. the dealership processed the initial paperwork on the 0n 02/07/2013. Payment was submitted to and accepted by Ventura motor works for the full amount Due (by my credit union). To date, more than 4 months after the purchase, no attempt (as verified by contact with the California DMV) to process the transfer of ownership as required by the DMV per the terms of their dealers license in California. Many attempts have been made to resolve this issue with ZSI/Ventura motor works, with no resolution.I have not had use of the vehicle since 05/01/2013, as all temporary permits have expired, and it cannot be legally operated.Desired Settlement: for ZSI/Ventura motor works to complete the transaction and resolvethe transfer of ownership issues, as they are required as a Californialicensed auto dealer/broker.
