Contract signed 11/9/for screen enclosure Additional contract signed 11/30/for additional footer work Since then, company on 12/15/claimed via Email that their Engineer was on vacation and once engineering was completed they would submit the required permits, for which an additional fee was paidSince that date, phone calls and Emails to Lundy Screen Rooms both go unanswered What I have been asking is that I be kept informed as to progress on binding contractsAs multiple attempts at contacting the company have been made with no answer back since 12/15/16, if no contact and updated information is supplied by 1/18/17, I must conclude that Lundy Screen Rooms chooses to be in breach of contracts and will be forced to take legal action
