Review: I was told that my insurance company had authorized my son's stay at this facility and that the co-pay was $2500. Money was taken from my HSA account. I'm the one who paid for services but I never signed any contract, although my son did. After 6 days in the facility, my son was driven to a fast food restaurant, with his suitacase and a dead cell phone and just dropped off.I was told that he was not cooperative and wouldn't attend any groups. This was interesting as I was also told that he would be detoxing for the first week, on medications they provided, and he would probably spend the majority of the time in his room "chilling out."Afterwards, Carl Davenport told me that this facility was not authorized for detox by Value Options - which is totally opposite of what he told me previously when he told me treatment had already been authorized - and that I had forfeited the $2500.00. Again, I never signed any agreement.Desired Settlement: Return of my $2500 for lack of providing the treatment promised.
