Ventura Toyota understands Joseph Damores frustration with the fit and finish of the factory supplied bed liner that came with his new Tundra. Ventura Toyota
has been working with Toyota Motor Sales in an attempt to resolve his concerns. A replacement liner subsequently was also unsatisfactory. After speaking with Toyota Motor Sales and since there is only available bed liner from Toyota Motor Sales for his Tundra, Toyota Motor sales and Ventura Toyota have agreed to refund the purchase price of $+ taxes to Joseph. He may also keep the Factory bed liner if he wishes
Ventura Toyota Spoke with Joseph and he agreed this was satisfactory. Ventura Toyota will mail customer a check for the agreed amount and seek reimbursement from Toyota Motor Sales USA
