I used Venture Realty and Construction to replace my roof this past January Everyone was very professional, they assisted me with my insurance assessment to get approved for storm damage and came promptly out to complete the work once my claim was approved The work was professionally done and they even work with me on the deductible from my insurance I would recommend them for anyone who seeks quality, prompt, professional and accurate services
I had a roof installed by Venture Construction My experience was disappointing because the person I worked with did not display a professional attitude with me and overall customer service was quite poorI expected, but did not get, to work with a company that would value me as a customer and try to resolve any problems that I had in a professional, timely manner The person I worked with (Mr***), did not have my issues addressed in the time promised and had an unpleasant, condescending attitude with me when I mentioned things to him that needed to be fixed during and immediately after the installation of the roof I had to call many times to get someone to come back to my home for follow up on issues I had with my roof, even though I have a warranty, in writingNo one ever came when I was promised they would come during that time I hope I have no further issues requiring me to have to call them againI would not recommend this company to others
