I would NOT recommend this companyWe contacted them in June to discuss building a new pool and patio area with a fireplace, kitchen, etcWe knew exactly what we wanted, what design, features, equipment, etcwe just needed someone to build itThe sales associate, Joe Cayton, was nice but lacked the knowledge or skill to do much of his workSo my husband and I did it for himWe drew an exact scale of a patio area including the square footage of pavers, we also drew by hand a sketch of the look we wantedJoe simply needed to input this information into his computer softwareIt took him times to get this rightWe had to keep telling him how to modify the software - even though we drew him a picture and a scale rendering! So he finally gets it right and we start discussing priceEven though we had done 95% of the work up to this point, we weren't going to jip anyone from making a commission and/or profit, so we agreed on a price that we were comfortable with and that still made them moneyOnce we agreed to a price we started to look at the contractTheir contract is completely unfair, it protects only Venture (not the buyer), it does not have all the warranty information, it lacks any type of specificity on the details of the project, it is not in line with what the sales guy represents, etc(I could go on and on)So we want to modify it and asked to meet with Venture to modify the contractWe schedule for Friday, July 31st at 1pmThe day before Joe calls and asks if we can move the appointment to early in the day, we tell him noSo the day of we take the day off, both lose a vacation day, drive all the way from Forney to Plano (basically The Colony / Frisco) and we get a call an hour before the meeting telling us the owner (who has authority to negotiate the contract) is in the emergency room with his wife and they need to cancel our appointment! We ask if there is anyone else, another owner (there are two), and conveniently that one is on vacationIt is awfully fishy that just the day before they try to reschedule to a different time and when we say no the owner now has a "family emergency" an hour before we are to meet - how convenientWe told them cancel everythingThis company has red flags all over it and we are lucky they cancelled and we got a wake up call to avoid this place!!

I would NOT recommend this company.
