Attached is a copy of our correspondence with the costumerWe have given the costumer a $refund as mentioned in the correspondenceThe free bath and nail trim offered to the costumer is worth $We are not willing to refund the services rendered as we have already offered a free service to the costumer and by the time the costumer complained about the price we had already provided the servicesOur prices are clearly posted in our lobby and we are always willing to make a mock ticket for a costumer to give them an idea of the cost for whatever services they are asking forThe board the costumer is complaining about was not the first time she received services from us and has not had an issue with our prices in the past (the services were not boarding, however)We do our best to save our clients money and to provide them with a good experienceWe are as transparent about our prices, policies, and actions as possibleWe will not give the costumer a $refund for a service that has the prices clearly posted

To Whom it May Concern: Our manager has discussed this matter with the complainant several times via e-mail We spoke with all of our front desk staff, and no one recalls misquoting this particular customerOur prices are clearly described, in writing, on our Facebook page, and our website,
that there is a daytime daycare fee, and a additional overnight boarding fee Our manager offered a $refund, and a free exit bath and nail trim at their next visit (value of $25)So a total of $was offered in goods and services Every other customer at the facility pays the daytime fee, and nighttime fee if boarding, they received the proper discounted rate after the $refund was issued

The response is inaccurate due to the fact that I was quoted incorrectlyA phone call that I made asking the quote when I made the reservation should of been all I had to doI shouldn't have to research the website and Facebook to see that I was quoted wrong before services are renderedIt is also no fault of mine that no employee will confess to giving me an incorrect quoteI was given a $refund only because I was over charged since there is a $discount on bathing when boarding, that I didn't receive when I paidI have copies of all correspondence offered and never does it offer any incentive to make it rightI was only told I had to pay for services rendered; even though I was quoted wrong.?
