Venture Insurance knowingly without any vetting process provided insurance for unlicensed drivers One of their insured was involved in an accident with my son on 10-18- The insurance card provided showed an expiration date of 10-15- The insurance company proceed to contact me and let me know the policy expired on 10/15/and had been re-instated on 10/19/the day after the accident The insured driver involved in the accident ( [redacted] ) has had previous arrests for driving without a license and without insurance The Claims agent [redacted] , informed me that the company does not vet the people it insures for prior histories or current valid driver's licenses As a result we have uncovered damages to our car and it is the result of Venture General's lack of due diligence and follow up before issuing insurance policies; this place the general public at risk

Venture insurance is refusing to send settlement document or estimates on my vehicle that one of their drivers hitAlthough the police report (which I now have a copy of) states that the Venture insured driver was in fact driving and "lost control of the vehicle," Venture has yet to accept liability. The adjuster has been avoiding calls and yet to send any documentation of my claimI have had to take time away from my job in order to obtain the police reportSince, I am a full-time teacher this resulted in my school having to get a substitute and me having to loose a day Both the adjuster and the supervisor are trying to force me to release my vehicle and my vehicle title without a settlement offerThey are trying to both pressure me and frustrate me so that I have to go through my own insurance, leaving Venture not having to payThe supervisor, Mark Booth, has mocked me and has refused to send any concrete documentation regarding my claimI feel like Mark Booth is stonewalling
