THEY LEFT UNCOMPLETE THE JOB AND TOOK $1400 ,
THEN AS SOON AS I COMPLAINED THEM CALL ME TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT . NOW I HAVE NO ANY OTHER OPTION ONLY TAKE THEM TO COURT .
I MAD A BIG MISTAKE TO HIRE THEM I HOPE YOU GUYS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID ,
Venture Pool Company has been servicing our pool for five years. When we call them, they answer day or night and are on their way even on weekends. Following the flood, we called them and they came out and replaced our motors and heater. Andrew, the owner's son said they drove to Austin to buy motors for their customers when they could not find them in Houston.
