To Whom it May Concern: This email is in response to the claim made by Ms [redacted] against our companyMs [redacted] has claimed that our technician failed to diagnose her dishwasher properly, and as a result, her home experienced some floodingThis is simply not trueOur technician was sent out to work on Ms [redacted] 's dishwasher because she had reported that it was not turning onUpon arrival he found the unit unresponsive, and then ordered a control panel and installed it on the following visitUpon arrival, he discovered that the control panel color did not match that of the dishwasher, but to accommodate the customer, he installed the unit while we waited for the new part to come inDuring the ensuing week and a half, Ms [redacted] experienced no problems with the unit This control panel problem had nothing to do with the water lines of the dishwasherThrough the first visits, we solely worked on the panel, and after repeated test-runs, no leaking or flooding occurredThe unit was fully operational at this time We came out a fourth time after Ms [redacted] complained of some floodingThe following are notes taken by our technician on this visit: "Removed bottom cover of the dishwasher to check and test the unit on all cycles for leakingUnit has been checked and tested good: no leaking was presentAlso checked all hoses and connections (parts of dishwasher): no problem foundSecured the bottom cover of the dishwasherOpened up drawers under the sink and immediately spotted a puddle of water underneath the sink drainway connector."Our technician did see a leak at this time, but it was not coming from the dishwasherWe have a video on file of this leak that shows it originating from the sink areaWith this information in mind, we deny any wrongdoing in this matter and ask for the claim against A-AALL Services to be dismissedSincerely, [redacted]
