I signed a contract to put my property up for sale through Venture West Realty. He has yet to list the property and its almost 6 months since the contract start date. He has not called me once to let me know if anybody is or is not interested since I signed the contract. I have asked to meet with him and he has blown me off. Both my mom and myself have asked multiple times why the property wasn't listed on any websites. I would like out of this contract considering he hasn't done his job.
I am the supervising Broker for Venture West Realty. I cannot explain why I did not see either of the first two notifications but I am happy to respond and would be willing to speak with Ms.. I have not been contacted about this situation prior to this. I have checked our files and MLS records. The listing agreement was signed on 7-2-17 and was input into MLS on 7-3-17 at 1:45 PM. It has been on MLS that entire time and is still. We do not manually put properties on any websites. These are all automatic feeds and we have never had a complaint before about listings not being on websites. Many websites (that we have no control over) get information wrong and we do struggle with that as all real estate firms do. I find the property is on ***. We have been marketing and promoting the property per the listing agreement.
As for the lack of communication. Ryan U has sent several text messages since 7-2-17. The last occuring on 12-18-17. Ms *** responded to several of those text messages. I am not sure why a conversation has not happened but it surely can with Ryan or myself. This is a bare lot property. Some websites do not include bare land such as this. There are 118 other similar properties showing up on *** so to find a particular property is challenging. We will do all we can to rectify this situation.
